Nothing it was a terrible stay! I have stayed before a few years ago and I really enjoyed beautiful I thought.
This time round it was dirty, run down and the headboard come down and nearly landed on my 3 month old baby! The breakfast was cheap tasting and awful it was the most horrendous stay and experience I have ever had in a hotel! Will not recommend. And going to be writing a letter of complaint with photos of how bad the room was!

Great location - short walk from all the facilities of Brecon but nice and quiet as well for good nights sleep.
Property is well equipped, clean, and a lot of thought has gone into it. Smart TV with all the usual apps (iPlayer etc. ; Amazon prime or Netflix - you’ll need your own logins for these two). Well equipped kitchen so easy to self cater. And was nice surprise to find coffee, a few milk portions, coffee and some biscuits and washing up items and cleaning items and some toiletries which were plenty for out overnight stay.
Easy check in and self check out option.

Great little location just outside the main town of Brecon with stunning views and off road parking. Extremely helpful with my questions such as reliable taxi companies. Did their best to try and arrange an earlier check in time and exceeded expectations
The white hart pub was great. Food tip top as were the staff & beer. We bough food from the venison Farm shop which was not only tasty but great value. The shop had a great selection of welsh produce.

Beautiful location, fabulous views and quiet.
Beautiful location, fabulous views and quiet. Not far from Brecon town, lovely Sunday lunch locally. Had some issues with internet no working but hosts quickly resolved this. Hosts, were available to help with fixing electric when it was knocked off in the kitchen, our fault. Great if you love animals, peacocks, chickens, cats and dogs wandering around farm but not a nuisance. Surrounded by fields which we were free to roam in. All round a fantastic weekend.
