It was lovely & clean & staff were excellent. Even prior to our stay Pip was so helpful when i emailed her & replied really quickly & went the extra mile. I would definitely recommend the hotel & would stay there again.

The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Lovely large room with 3 single beds. Coffee/facilities. Being able to open the windows was great. Being able to eat in the bar/restaurant downstairs. A couple of mins from train station. 15 min walk to Thirsk racecourse. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
