The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was generously large. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were helpful at check in and 1 member of staff actually brought my luggage to my room (there was no lift so I appreciated the help up the stairs).

It said tea/coffee facilities, there were none. Only thing in this room is a bed. For that price it is a rip off. The bathroom (which is not en suite) even had other people belongings in it - make up, shampoo, hand wash etc including a discarded false eye lashes. Never again.
