Service was excellent although, server brought out fruit and toast and pot of tea, although I didn't receive full Scottish breakfast as discussed. No potato scone nor black pudding. Very central location and host was excellent. Luck to get this accommodation at short notice due to missing ferry by 3 minutes.

Lovely quiet spot with great views. Caravan had everything we needed and a surprisingly lovely shower. Comfy beds.

Attractive quiet town with a very pretty and clean sea front, the subject of many photographs. There is a lovely footpath from the seafront to the lighthouse, with wild garlic and bluebells on either side. Café Fish delicious but pricey. Do book in advance as it gets very booked up. The museum and shops are quite interesting but we felt we didn't want to spend longer than a night there. We loved the quietness, changing light, clear sea and very pleasant local people. If you stay on the ridge above the main street it is a steep hill to get back to your accommodation, so beware!

I was there for work so only for one night, but I will go back for a short break. The area is colourful and again I was lucky with the weather, the sun was shining and there were paddle boarders out in the water and kids on the small beach. The people are very friendly and make you feel very welcome. The local produce is fantastic so make sure you try some of the smaller cafes and stores for bread, pastries etc. There is quite a few restaurants so again try them.

As it was out of season, it was delightful, wouldn't want to go during high season, roads are very narrow, although there are plenty of passing places, which some visitors seem to ignore. Lovely island with amazing wildlife, worth a visit.

So much to do, visiting Tobermory Cheese Farm on Friday afternoon, Tobermoray Beach and Aros Park one day and Calgary Beach the next. Then Monday am an hour boat trip to learn about the local wildlife and history, followed by learning about whales in the Hebridean Whale and Dolphin Trust shop where really knowledgeable helpers chatted about all things bones, teeth, shared books and showed lovely interest in our kids' interests. Going at Easter was perfect as it wasn't too busy and we were very lucky with the weather. Great base to explore Mull. I found driving around the island takes a lot of concentration!

Nice little town, mostly closed in January when we were there but that's to be expected in a holiday destination given the location and time of year. We went for the walks and scenery (both great) not shopping!
The b&b is a 25 minutes-walk from Tobermory, in a lovely quiet location. We traveled on foot and buses which was fine, although the buses on Mull seem a bit unreliable at times. Would recommend to be well organised and check connections etc. The b&b itself was very nice, clean and comfy, and the hosts friendly and accommodating. There was no phone signal at all around the property but we could use the landline to arrange bookings and the WiFi worked well. Bonus points for the cheese factory and biscuits factory next door!
Amazing service from the staff at Harbour Guest House as well as their sister hotel, The Western Isles Hotel. Definitely recommend this spot for the location and really personable managers. After a mix-up on the first night, I really felt taken care of by Kirsty and Sophie. I ended up staying in Room 6 and the view was killer. Breakfast was tailored to my allergies and they even allowed a later check-out and stored my bags for me. Would recommend it to other 20-somethings trying to find themselves in Tobermory!
Excellent fresh decor and cleanliness. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine. Comfortable large double bed and decent sofa bed with good bedding. Decent washroom with good shower and plenty of towels.
Great location - short level walk to shops, pubs, restaurants, takeaways and Tobermory ferry terminal (this easy access to Kilchoan, Ardnamurchan).
A good comfortable base with decent road connections from which to explore the more remote and less well equipped parts of Mull.
Arle Lodge was a great stay for our visit of the Isle of Mull. Its central location between Tobermory and Salen shortened distances to the main spots on the island. Its facilities are simple and functional. Everything being clean this was perfect for us. Also regarding the relatively very low costs, it was very good. The shared living room is a great space to hang out and meet other visitors.
My husband and I stayed at Glengorm Castle with dear friends. We couldn't have been more delighted by the experience. We were warmly greeted by Tom upon our arrival, and were thrilled with our apartment, the extraordinarily beautiful property, and setting. This was a highlight of a fabulous trip to Scotland. We hope to return and give it our highest recommendation.
The host Graham is really friendly and personable. Very useful with all the latest information about Mull. Although the cottage is at the top of the steep hill overlooking Tobermory Harbour it is only ten minutes walk and very well placed to explore the town. The breakfast was fabulous each and every day.
This was our best stay during our trip to Scotland. It is a beautiful and comfortable appartment with a great view of the tobermory harbour. The kitchen is large and equipped with everything you could need and the host provides you with some little goodies like milk and wine to welcome you.
The room was absolutely stunning. We couldn't have asked for a better view! The staff were very friendly and the whisky selection very reasonable. Kicking back in the lounge after dinner with a dram was thoroughly enjoyable and I'd recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Mull
we have stayed in this apartment on a few occasions, the location is amazing the hosts ensure the the apartment is spotlessly clean, could not fault this as a place to stay in Mull, will always book this apartment for our future stays 10 out of 10 all round
Well-placed near the centre of Tobermory.
Comfortable and cosy.
Great beds and good facilities throughout.
Lynn is a very friendly host who caters for everything, and if needed offers good advice on all aspects of the area and more generally about Mull
The breakfast was amazing, John carefully sourced out the very best of local farm fare. The B&B was within an easy walk of all the town had to offer. The room and en-suite were like being at home but better because we were on an island in Scotland.
I was traveling on the fly, it was available and reasonably priced. The shower pressure was and warmth was therapeutic! Felt welcome, nice breakfast, relaxing place to spend a couple of days in Tobermory and explore the island!
great location for a trip to Isle of Mull.
east walk to downtown unless you can’t manage the steep footpath.
quiet. comfortable, clean, nice bed and linens great breakfast and lovely friendly and informative host
Splendid location on Mull, near Tobermory but not too close. Great kitchen facilities, equipped well and spacious. The farm setting is charming and engaging; great views.
