Check in was easy though the reception person asked how many nights eventhough she had given me a form to complete that said 2 nights. Made me question if my booking was right. Nice to have tea and coffee in room. Comfy bed.

I really loved staying there.
I really loved staying there. Was just down the road from where I was born many years ago but never previously had the opportunity to visit. Plenty of facilities & a nice atmosphere. Nice shops, bars & restaurants. Very easy place to get around & transport to other areas is excellent. The famous Tunnocks factory & bakery store is also situated there.

A busy wee place and it seems that Angels Hotel is very much the heart of it all.
It is easy to travel by train or bus into Glasgow city and especially by taxi straight to Celtic Park . But remember to book the return taxi to avoid a long wait from the ground especially if problems with walking etc.
The friendliness of the people you meet and is a lot like back home in Ireland.

Love Uddingston it is a fantastic wee village with lots of great pubs and restaurants. Also fantastic rail link right into the centre of Glasgow. Good shopping and obviously you cannot go without a visit to the Tunnocks shop. Bothwell Castle within walking distance and a fantastic golf course.
this property was everything and more! I don’t think
they give themselves enough credit for how beautiful
everything is and how lovely the food etc is! we arrived
at 23:30pm which was way past closing time and one
lovely staff member was kind enough to wait for us
to let us in on arrival.
the food was beautiful very good price and quick too!
coffee 10/10!
thank you for such a lovely stay, ps I would recommend
the hotel to upload more pictures of there hotel as we
got there and I was so surprised of the beauty inside!
Everything. We needed to last minute ask for a different room (two separate beds because my wife was sick), and they accommodated us with no extra charge, and it was a perfect room. Everyone was helpful, plus our best dinner meal in Scotland (here a week prior), and they even provided a child's portion of a meal for me to bring to my wife, and allowed us to have breakfast brought up to the room (and hostess even carried it up for me). Room very comfortable, quite, restful. No regrets at all that we choose to stay here.
Started there with work and fondly remembered, now retired, used hotel as first night’s stop to go north on holiday and entertain a local friend to a meal. Campbeltown with friends last night, Tobermory tonight, Kyle of Lochalsh tomorrow night then 3 nights Achiltibuie. A great start at the Angels Hotel.
The hotel staff and management are very polite and helpful, very friendly which made us feel relaxed and appreciated, our room was very clean and bright. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was superb, we couldn't fault anything.
Friendly staff. Quiet and comfy hotel. Lovely building and we had a delicious meal in the restaurant downstairs. It was also very convenient for the motorway, but also for a quick train into Glasgow Central.
Loved the Angel's Hotel, very clean and comfortable. Great restaurant fantastic food, lovely breakfast! Good location with 5 minute walk to train station. Would definitely stay again.
I had a large room. The service was very friendly.
This is really more a pub/restaurant that also has rooms, rather than a hotel; this is in a way quite charming.
