Received an upgrade for our stay and really appreciated the little touch of a welcome note personally addressed. Clean and fresh decoration. Lovely shower and tea/coffee facilities were good. Like the touch of a microwave, fridge and plates/cutlery. Great that it was coded entry so no worry about a key or card.

The lady on the reception desk was very rude and never seen a rude person like her. She is representing the hotel with that attitude she was nearly fighting with each question I was asking I was like I have to leave this place right now.
