The staff are excellent. I needed to leave the hotel early for a business event and the team very kindly put together a breakfast pack for me to take with me, this was above and beyond and much appreciated.

Lovely stylish pub hotel and restaurant. Lovely service and historic building. Great food and beer. Beautiful sunny garden. Lovely dinner and breakfast. Perfectly located for the half way mark of my hike along the South Downs Way. I will come back sometime for a mini break.

Lovely very grand manor building with lots of history in a very nice village. Beautiful landscaped garden. Great breakfast and dinner, great location for either the South Downs or the Sussex coast. Very friendly helpful staff too.

Very clean and smelt lovely and the location was literally 2 min walk to the town.
