I use this hotel regularly when I am travelling to Birmingham airport. The location on the M5 is perfect and ensures that I can have a few extra minutes in bed before I head off to catch my early flight. The rooms are a bit dated, but very clean and comfortable.

Loved the Tudor building. The room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was excellent. We booked dinner with family and friends and this, too, was excellent. We required a Gluten Free meal and catering staff were extremely helpful to prepare first class meals. All staff at the hotel were very friendly and efficient. it was good to visit the historic market town of Ledbury and the surrounding area.

Me and my Mum came for a restful break and that's exactly what we had.
The hotel was lovely and cosy and perfectly placed from the train station as that is how we arrived. It was a 30second walk not 2mins as we saw advertised. The walking pack provided was brilliant and we did follow one of the walks through beautiful scenery. The food was sooo good, rather than go out for a meal on the second night we again ate in the hotel and it was good value for money.
Good location for walking Malvern Hills but need a car to...
Good location for walking Malvern Hills but need a car to get to the carparks. Found it difficult to get a pub meal on Saturday afternoon - nowhere opened until 6pm. Nice walk by the river at Upton on Severn.
