Positives: Really loved the staff, food & location. Beds were comfy too. We found the room decor in family suite really worn, didn’t feel comfortable that there was no window lock as big drop right next to kids’ beds. Thankfully they didn’t notice the window as I kept curtain drawn and all ok. Also odd smell in corridor outside our room but it didn’t go in room. Overall though I would stay again. Really really friendly & accomodating, lovely atmosphere gorgeous location. was delicious too.

So friendly and accommodating, we were made to feel genuinely welcome. Breakfast was great with a good range of hot and cold options and very quick service.
