The staff were fantastic from the minute we arrived and couldn’t have been more helpful. The room was perfect for our family. Very clean! And the location was perfect for our visit to Alton Towers. I would love to give a special mention to the lady who checked us in and the ladies at breakfast the next morning were lovely. Unfortunately I didn’t get any of their names!

Excellent and conveniently located. Parking was at reasonable cost of £7 per night. Room clean and well appointed. Very comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and breakfast excellent.
