Leonardo Hotel Derby, hotel in Willington

In the centre of the trendy Cathedral Quarter, Leonardo Hotel Derby is a short walk from the main city centre attractions.

Excellent choice of pillows on the bed in terms of softness etc. Very standard in terms of facilities, but did the job for a night. I was really high up too, which was pretty cool for views! Would definitely stay again if I needed another overnight stay in Derby.

I was very impressed with the friendly smiling staff who were very helpful and professional. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and the coffee facilities were exceptional. The location was perfect for Derby town centre and it was 10 minutes away from a festival my family and I were going to. It is the first time I have ever stayed at the Ibis chain and must say it was great value for money. If you are looking for a clean room with shower/toilet with no frills, you can't go wrong. The only negative was I found the mattress very hard.

This accommodation was a little gem of a place, ideally situated for us with the canal nearby for walks, Mercia Marina 5 minutes away for shopping and all the local pubs and restaurants fab BUT the Dragon where we ate for dinner and breakfast was fabulous and the staff were so friendly - this will definitely be our go to place in Willington now - as for the room and bathroom - stunning! Thank you for a fabulous stay :)

Rooms are a really good size with very comfortable beds. Really comfortable stay, slept well and would recommend. Stayed during the week and it was all very quiet. There are a handful of pubs nearby for food and drinks in the evening and it's literally 2 mins walk from WIllington station.

The Cottage was very good and I had good parking for a motorbike, but at £130.00 with no breakfast It was poor value for money when I had booked equally good hotels in same trip with £120.00 breakfast Included its poor value for money.
