Brilliant night in the company of Llamas, chicken, and ducks.
Tina was excellent at communicating and updating me as soon as we booked the night. Clearly thought of all the things we may need from the robes and slippers for the hot tub to the food and equipment.
Meeting then llama with Chris was amazing. They clearly know all of the animal and the llamas clearly know this. We both really liked PJ, but the unique characters of all of them were amazing.

I didn't stay in Wisbech too long as I was travelling through. But what I did see was a a town centre with lots of boarded up shops and on the outskirts a new out of town development with supermarkets, cinema, Costa Coffee, B & Q etc which is killing the town centre. This is a problem affecting most city centres in the UK

All photo looks so great, that we decide to visit.
All photo looks so great, that we decide to visit. We found free car parking next to church. Then we went to see area. When we went through little park next to church, we start worried.
We pass group of young people drinking beer, then teenagers around 13-14 years smoking weed, then older people already drunk.
And another group of drunk people. We run back to car as we start be scary of safety, and it wasn't pleasure to enjoy any view.
I think town council really need to look into that as could be nice tourist spot.

Wisbeach during the day is lovely.
Wisbeach during the day is lovely. Plenty of shops and history and the river is lovely. Loads of free parking was great however the evenings felt very different and after the first night I didn't venture into the main part of town in the evening again. Gangs of men hanging around every cash machine and drinking in the parks and cemeteries. It felt very unsafe to walk through even though I wasn't alone.

It is a lovely small town with plenty of places to eat. I just grabbed a coffee as was too full from breakfast. I am in a wheelchair and was pushing myself. Just one little hill to Boots which someone helped me with. The only down side is that taxis are a bit pricey on a Sunday as they have a higher rate

The traffic was a nightmare, all the time we were there was continual queues and road works.
We will not be rushing back to wisbech.
We were glad it was a very short planned trip, we hated the place.
Returning guest so knew I was coming to a lovely place. Quiet location, lots of secure parking space, a warm welcome back from friendly and attentive staff. Cosy and well equipped rooms, very good food, and the big thing for those travelling for work, early breakfast (from 7 o clock). Not the cheapest, but you do get what you pay for, and you can soon spend a tenner driving miles to a cheaper place, then being disappointed.
Highly recommended, a lovely hotel that does everything the way it should be done - wonderful.
Host was exceptionally helpful. The property is quiet and very clean. I have enjoyed sitting in the garden when I return from work, feel safe in the street and house. The rooms were large with firm beds, ideal for me.
Shops and banks a short walk across the park. I have stayed three times when working in Wisbech. One thing I always go for when working away is an on suite but chose Hereford because of its location. The bathroom was always clean and I never had to wait to use it.
Location was very peaceful, and the home was very nice. Lovely being able to open double doors and enjoy the quiet. Easy to find and good place to explore area. Far enough from Wisbech town centre to feel like absolute countryside living, but close enough to get supplies. Car essential. Instructions to get to location and get key were easy to follow and host had great communication. TV channels were all good and plentiful for evening entertainment.
We had the loveliest 2 night stay here last week. Warm and friendly welcome, the comfiest bed we've ever slept in and the most amazing breakfast! Every last detail had been thought about and we've honestly stayed in some 5 star hotels that haven't provided the thoughtful room touches that we had here. Glenda and Lee were born to work in hospitality! We even took some delicious home made jam back with us. Fabulous all round stay.
Spacious room with comfy beds bath is great, rooms itself is very modern better looking then majority of the areas hotels is slightly more on the expensive side per night but was close to what I needed. Breakfast was lovely and quick which was included in the price as you have to travel everywhere else by car
The place was very clean and spacious ,everything you needed was covered, definetly stay here again, very good value, we stayed here as a family with a wedding in wisbech and we wasnt disappointed, facilities excellent, hosts very helpful. Thankyou for a lovely comfortable weekend
The quietest hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was very well soundproofed, so the noise from the road did not bother me. The room was clean and modern. Thank you.
