Our apartment was so nice, clean we had room on each story which created privacy for everyone. Location is great, literally straight in the centre! My daughter didn’t want to leave. The breakfast was really nice and all stuff were lovely.

The absolute careless attitude of the staff towards any questions or complaints about the untidy and dirty room.
Why did I like this because this included not charging me for various drinks which made it all seem better.!!

The staff were lovely.Near a Greggs and a few shops.You will need a car or taxi to get around.The staff were very welcoming but need help to bring the hotel up to a good standard.I think they try very hard.The beds and towels were comfortable and clean.
