The cottage was so warm and cosy on a chilly winter getaway in November. The kitchen was well equipped and in full working order. The cottage felt spacious and the whole complex was attractive. Although in a secluded area it was easy to visit surrounding areas such as Cromer, Kings Lynn and Thursford. The pleasant owner was on hand to answer any queries and I wish we could have stayed longer.

We booked the property as we were visiting the Thursford Christmas Spectacular. We ate in Fakenham. The property is down a narrow lane which would be fine in summer but not so good in November. However, it was close to Thursford and fitted in with our plans. It was also a very nice barn conversion.AnnUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

I've already reviewed this through Sykes Cottages. It's rather confusing having several agents involved that don't seem to talk to each other. The property , however, was lovely--very spacious rooms, clean and secure behind electronic gates. Lots of things to do and places to go in the area--would recommened Pensthorpe and Langham Glass amongst many others. The tiny hamlet of Wood Norton itself is approached through narrow lanes and is quite secluded, but not far from a main road.
