The comfort room I was allocated was spacious, with a well lit bathroom. Central location and the fact that's it mentioned as the location of the scene from " The Mayor of Casterbridge" helped!

The Staff at the Hotel are outstanding and the material state of the Hotel is marvellous. Located on the high street it is convenient for all things Dorchester.

Staff were very friendly and parking was sorted out as soon as we arrived. Excellent breakfast. The meal menu was large and varied. A separate gluten-free menu.

Lovely property in a quiet location yet only a £9 taxi ride to Dorchester. The room was very clean and well presented. I did not have an evening meal however breakfast was lovely.
Above all the staff were welcoming, professional and nothing was too much trouble.
