The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The views from the breakfast and dining areas were beautiful. There was an easy way straight down to the promenade for lovely walks close to the sea.

Room was in a separate annex away from the main building, with disabled access ramps. Very quiet.
Plenty of parking spaces - some had EV charging points. The hotel is within a very short stroll of the castle, but there is no pavement immediately outside the hotel (on hotel side). You need to cross an occasionally busy road, but didn't cause a problem.
Within 5 minutes walk of the vintage steam railway station - trains to Swanage about 20 mins run. Return tickets a bit pricey at £20.
