Hosts could not provide their usual coffee and so left an extra gift of wine and chocolate. Very helpful and kept in contact through out the stay to make sure there was no issues. Highly recommend and will use them again.

Holiday Inn Express London Heathrow T4 is directly connected to Terminal 4 via a covered link-bridge which is now open at Heathrow Terminal 4.

It's the best hotel I can recommend to each one. The hotel is best to stay for Family, senior citizens, Solo travellers. Convenient and best price. Love to stay again. The hotel rooms sizes are larger than expected. The beds are too comfortable for families.

Was very clean. Good location Cheaper than others on the street. Very big and good car park, though this is extra cost.
