I highly recommend this place for a stay, especially in summer. It’s close to Tbilisi, however, the climate is mild and comfortable. Temur and Hatuna are brilliant hosts, and I’ll never forget their hospitality and the atmosphere they created for us and our parents. We had a great time at their place, went on a horse-riding trip, and visited a horse farm with lovely animals.
Moreover, Hatuna cooks delicious Georgian dishes, everything made with love and organic farm foods from different parts of Georgia, homemade jams, and wine. I’d say it was the real experience 🙂

Temur and Hatuna also speak English and Russian well, and we enjoyed their company a lot! I’m so grateful that we’ve chosen their place for a stay, and we’ll come again if we stay longer in Tbilisi.

The place is amazing. It is remote, quiet and very romantic. We got the first pod, closest to the view of the lake. In the morning it was like paradise. The pod itself is decently big and there is even a kitchenette , which I did not even know about until we showed up there;) big shower, both of us fitted there and still had a lot of space. Hot water that lasted a long time in the shower ;) Tv for switching fireplace for romance, big bee. Heater, aircon. Mini hob for cooking and a good selection of kitchenware . Location is amazing, the views are stunning.
Gio, the owner, was extremely helpful and accommodating. Gave us a lot of hints on how to get there, as it is in mountains and might be a bit difficult to get there due to road conditions.
We got stuck due to lack of experience in mountain roads and he came all over from another town to help us out, also offered assistance, food while waiting and another night to enjoy amazing views. Gio is a legend and extremely amazing and friendly person. He takes pride in what he is doing and helps if there is need for it.
