We’ve been there for 1 anniversary day-night and had fun.
A very beautiful 3-bedroom house has 2 bathrooms, big tv, foosball and very special nice and sweet atmosphere of Georgia. We loved it. Outside you can find a nice yard with a pool, barbecue zone, a place to relax, a parking zone and wonderful views. There’s also different kinds of lights outside so you can make a romantic evening.
The host is also very nice.

We had a one night stop at the Villa. The pool and garden are really nice. different spots in the shade and a clean and large pool.
Location is good near some bars, restaurants and shops. but nothing special.
Owner doesnt speak english but the help of google translate did its magic.

The owner is very helpful with everything and makes a great breakfast - we didn't have any better elsewhere. The location is as good as it gets and the balcony right over the monastery, with views on the mountains all around is awesome. Especially given the location the price is very good.
