The location is great if u wish for peaceful holidays - the bus station is near, also there is a very small market selling bread and some veggies 2 mins away on foot. The beach is 5 mins walk from the house, petra beach is 30 mins walk, so is Kobuleti. Bolt can drive you there for a reasonable price. It's a good idea to bring some food with you.
The hosts were very nice, didn't speak English, but we communicated via google translate.
All in all, good value for the money if u don't mind having a shared kitchen and bathroom.

The biggest plus is the location in a verdant and quiet suburban area on the outskirts of Batumi, a couple of minutes' walk from the beach and the Botanical Gardens. Great place on beautiful green hills with fantastic view to the mountains. Giorgi and his family are lovely. The house is basic but clean and has a nice vintage charme. I loved the historic architecture in that jungle-like environment. The breakfast was good and the home made wine they sold tatsted fruity and amazing. Definitely a recommendation!
