The Guest House is new and well set up for visitors. The owners and their family were extremely helpful and friendly. They even offered to collect us from Sighnaghi after some logistical issues, and have made every effort to get property we left in the House to us. The views from the balcony are great, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. They even have a coffee station set up with sweets and treats always available. A really great place to stay if you are in the area.

First of all the people in charge of the estate, they do everything for us to feel great. Our stay was the best we had in Georgia. Amazing location, beautiful hotel and grounds with excellent food, staff and a great hotel dog called Carlos. Breakfast was particularly good. The staff were really helpful in assisting us arranging trips, day tours and airport transfers. The heated rooftop pool and sauna with the view over the mountains was also fantastic.

As always, a very relaxing stay. Location is secluded and relaxing. Rooms are spacious, bedding comfy. Restaurant offer is excellent, including the breakfast buffet. Gym is small but well equipped. Despite expansion and landscaping work in progress, the tranquility was not greatly disturbed. The path around the lake is still accessable.
