We had a family trip with our big dog, each of us used an own way to reach it. The staff was perfect, explaining every step by phone, even which metro-station need to go to come the hotel. The furnishings are rich and new, room is big with climate-control, spacious balcony. Also was a nice small pull 24/7, own cold parking, huge gym and chic restaurant right in front of the hotel, just after car-bridge. No extra-charge for dog, fast way to leave the city.

The place is decorated and looks really good, it seems that they invested in the hotel accessories, the lobby looks good, beautiful rooms, big and comfortable beds, the shower is big and tidy. The cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding, we had an arranged parking lot at the hotel, there is a large and beautiful pool table for those who like to play. The dining room is clean and tidy and I note this even though we did not eat there, because we did not eat there, we cannot rate the food itself.
