Sofia at reception desk was WONDERFUL. She helped with our bags, explained everything to us, and even arranged a early bag breakfast to go for us. On top of all this she was very friendly with a big smile.
The room was very comfortable, quiet, and nice view. Thank you for the beautiful stay.

The stuff are super friendly and very helpful, they also managed several day trips for us.
The suites are very nice The first floor suites has more privacy than the ground floor as they aren't on the same ground floor as the garage area where everyone passing in the garage might peak a sneak look between the small tree fence to the ground floor suites, but the suites on the ground floor are two levels and are spacious space not for lazy people 😅🤣 you will exercise inside the suite going up and down .. hahahah also we were in end of April (before the season start) so actually not a lot of people were passing in the garage. And I liked that the bed is in upper floor in the ground floor suite so you can have a sea view from the bed ... you get the same view from the first floor suites as well.
The Bar, Restaurant for breakfast and dinner is great and the view from there is also the best view of the sea.
Can't stress enough how friendly the people are.

A small town in the bottom of this gorgeous bay. There is a small promenade along the beach. Lots of taverns and with small souvenir shops and several minimarkets. There is even a diving and boatrent centre, so lots of watersports.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in late August 2023 celebrating our 25th Anniversary and we were upgraded for free to a suite (Room 805). We chose the all-inclusive package which included all meals in buffet style, as well as draft beer, house cocktails, and wine. Name brand alcohol was available for a fee. Plenty of Greek food as well as options for picky eaters. 2 pools, but only the upper one has a bar for all-inclusive. The bar at the ocean level swimming area is not all-inclusive. There is a bus that runs round trip from the hotel to the center of Heraklion about every 1 1/2 hours. We would definitely stay here again!

Agia Pelagia is a great strip of beach compared to others we stayed at. Vibrant little town. Snorkeling is as good as it gets with those planks of seafloor, you'll gets crabs 10 or 15 species of fish and even octopi. Also for snorkeling do not miss Paliokastro next door, and beautiful beach.
The hotel was very nice, clean, modern. Breakfast consisted of tasty local products. The hotel is very quiet. The staff is friendly and present but discrete. If we had questions concerning our daily getaways we were very much helped by the reception staff, especially Katarina. Near the beach. Good location as starting point for exploring the island. Overall the hotel had a very relaxed vibe. We had several times dinner at the restaurant that belonged to the hotel and the food is very qualitative, would highly recommend. Great value for money.
Everything was great. Close to the beach, a store nearby, very helpful host! The more accurate location can be found on google maps under the "Sun by sea". It's in a very narrow street called Agias Galinis (which is not marked on the map :)) behind the store, across the car rental company, the second house on the right with some black metal fence parts.
If I come again to Agia Pelagia I'm staying here for sure. Although I stayed alone it's very comfortable for up to 4 people.
The accomodation is run by a local family, who also take care of cooking the food provided in the restaurant of the hotel. They are extremely welcoming and kind. We learned a few greek words and very interesting facts about Crete, its history and its culture. We also got very good recommendations about places to visit. We felt like home and Yanis and his family felt like friends for us so we're looking forward to go back!
Everything was over our expectations.
Starting with the staff, ending with the clean facilities.
Mrs. Daniela( front desk) is so kind and helpful.
The food was very well done, delicious, numerous dishes. The restaurant and the bar staff were also very kind to us and they managed to make us the best vacation. Many thanks!!!!!
We kindly recommand this hotel!
You rock, guys!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
This is a lovely, clean hotel, with a great view and very, very friendly staff (both at the reception and in the restaurant).
Plenty sunbeds (no need to race with towels in the morning), no loud music in the swimming pool area, no "all inclusive entertainment". It is a perfect place to relax if you like peaceful places with local products and family atmosphere.
Family resort with friendly atmosphere and own swimming pool, good and quiet location not far from Ligaria & Aggia Pelagia beach, restaurant with nice outside terrace, Nicolas (owner) is experienced grill master and his souvlaki was delicious - best I've tried in Greece. Nicest and most comfortable place with the friendliest atmosphere we've tried in Crete.
The location of the apartment was great. It is very close to the Psaromoura beach, which is in my opinion the best one in Agia Pelagia. The apartment itself was very beautiful and looked exactly like on the photos. It had everything we could possibly need. Our host was very kind, she answered all questions we had and helped us have a pleasant vacation.
The apartment is spacious with spectacular views of the bay with crystal blue water. Few steps down, warm gentle wave beach with beach lounge beds & umbrella for you to enjoy Aegean breeze. Many restaurants, short hiking coast trails, warm community with family shops make one feels so welcome. Highly recommended, we shall be back.
Warm welcome, the seascape is definitely the best hotel of Agia Pelagia. Nice pools, yummy breakfast and cozy rooms, this place is very clean and feels like home. Yanis and his team are the kindest people we’ve met so far.
We recommend this place hundred percent !
We enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back !
cleanliness at the highest level; very good cleaning and the dining room service; very knowledgeable team at the reception desk; variety of dishes; bus to Heraklion directly from the hotel; All inclusive option fully meets the expectations; wonderful sunrises from the balcony of the Junior Suite Room
