Mihalis provided friendly and courteous hospitality. He promptly addressed any requests regarding room amenities, directions to the beach, touristic sites, calling taxis, etc. It is a clean and welcoming place to stay. The hotel is on a hill within walking distance of the beach and various bars, snack bars and tavernas and there is a mini-market nearby, just down the street. The town of Agia Marina is about 25-30 minute walk, or a short taxi ride. Mihalis will call a driver for you. A bonus is the spectacular view of the sunrise over the Aegean from the room!

The Alinda Hotel and its accompanying taberna are the center of most nighttime activity on Leros. Three nights a week there is wonderful live Greek music and dancing: a typical Greek experience by Greeks!

Alinda is, like the rest of Leros, not very interesting for travellers. The beaches are of mediocre quality at best and walking/hiking/taking a stroll is more often than not a hazardous operation, due to the narrow streets and roads without a trace of sidewalks.
The quality of restaurants and bars varies but is on the whole good enough.

Alinda is located at the far end away from the ferry port town of Agia Marina. It’s nice and quiet with very little traffic. It’s more traditional than touristy. There are many choices for walks…both challenging and easy. Several tavernas were open even though it was off season. Lovely people! If you want to go further afield on Leros there are car hire places at Alinda. The buses didn’t run off season but they are pretty good during the season. Don’t miss the patisserie at Agia Marina…and it’s a good walk too.

It is a cosy place run by a very friendly family. The room was very clean and had a balcony with a very nice view towards the hills which we enjoyed a lot. The location is very convenient as you are not even two minutes away from the beach, where you can also find places/tavernas to enjoy a meal in between or dinner in the evening!

We couldn't stay at the hotel because of the distinctive detergant smell. My sister started to cough immediately, because of her allergies. Her eyes got watery and itchy and she could hardly breathe.
Since this is a health issue, we were hoping to get half of our money back. But the recepcionist said we can't, because of the cancellation policy.
In general the attitude of the recepcionist was rude. She wasn't helpfull at all.
The hotel needs renovation. The showers are like 30-40 years old. But this is not an issue. The thing is I am really frustrated and dissapointed because they ignored a serious health situation. The only thing they wanted from us was, to pay and to leave.

Nice pebbeled beach, not overcrowded, with treeline few steps from the sea. Taverna Xenon is excellent, but there are some overpriced other tavernas and minimarkets. The main downside of Alinda (and almost of all other places in Leros) is that there is no sidewalk for pedestrians.
Right at the beach, large lobby and cafe area are nice and clean, reception is helpful to show main attractions of the island from the map, they make rest. reservations at your request, they do not delay your check in if the rooms is ready, breakfast has plenty of varieties, room balcony is nice. There is free parking area just beside. They make a resting/change room available after check out so you can still enjoy the beach during the day.
The room was big enough and roomy. The staff were friendly. The balcony's view were amazing. There was a huge free of charged parking area in front of the hotel. Check-in and check-out were so easy and quick. There was hot weather in bathroom all the time. Air-conditioning was good. The kitchen and kitchen utensils were sufficient. Its location was good, near by beach and restaurant, by walking in 5mn.
Dimitris is incredibly generous in offering a free port/airport pick up/transfer no matter the hour. The whole complex is pristine and immaculately kept, it has a great atmosphere. It feels like it is family run and everyone is made to feel very welcome. The rooms were unique and spacious. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk to Alinda beach. The view from the outdoor bar/eating area is stunning.
We absolutely had a great time here! It's a very cozy place in beautiful island of Leros. Rooms/apartments and the garden are very clean, big enough to chill, has a nice balcony and the sea view.
It is very close to the beach, market and the restaurants.
It also has a parking places.
Also Michael, who welcomed us warmly, is very friendly and helpful. We are very glad for the hospitality.
Very nice property with lovely pool area and immaculate grounds. The best part of our stay was the very helpful and friendly staff. They arranged our group transports from airport, marina, ferry for no additional cost. The staff at the bar and restaurant were accommodating and exceeded expectations. This would be my recommendation to anyone needing a stay on Leros.
Great location, friendly staff with excellent restaurant. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful with making phone calls for car rental. Breakfast was great. I had dinner twice at the restaurant and both times my meals were well prepared and very tasty. The hotel is right on the beach and within walking distance to tavernas and cafes.
Eleni and Dimitris are great hosts, they made their best for us to have a pleasant stay, also we had delicious morning surprises from Eleni! Dimitris made recommendations for us to get most of Leros! Great location, just 30 seconds walk to the beach! Also very close to nice beaches like Dio Liskaria! Spacious rooms with everything you need!
Customer service and hospitality were excellent. Room was very clean. Air conditioner worked well. Property was quiet and the garden was well kept. Great views of the garden, hills and the ocean. I don't think we could have found a better place to stay on the island for the price. The hotel also picked us up at the airport.
We really enjoyed our stay at Emerald Hotel. The location was perfect and the room was very spacious, spotless and had a wonderful view of the garden. Our host was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely choose Emerald Hotel for our next visit to beautiful Leros! Thank you for everything!
Home baked Greek treats and a wonderfully friendly owner (and staff) who went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Knowledgeable about the island and very helpful - even with booking the best table at even the most difficult to get into restaurant on Leros!
The staff are very helpful and the hotel is in a quiet area of the village. With easy access to the beach, bars and restaurants. The room had a large external area. The grounds are well kept. The room I was allocated seemed to be in a staff block?
Beautiful hotel design with modern wave motif and lots of driftwood type accents. The suite was charming and a very interesting design. A new hotel and very clean. Owner was so friendly and helpful. Staff were great.
everything was exceptional, the welcoming host, location, beautiful house and garden and great location near beautiful Alinda beach lots of restaurants and right next to a supermarket.
would definetly stay again🩵
The location to the beach was fantastic literally on the doorstep . Tony his wife and son were very helpful and friendly . They gave us a lift to the port free of charge and couldn’t to enough to accommodate us .
Very good location. Amazing and comfortable beach. Very good service at the beach. Very friendly staff. Very clean and cosy place. High quality food and breakfast
Nice staff, good hotel in great location for a good price. My ferrie left 23:00 the other day and they let me use the room until I left for the port with taxi.
