We had a garden view room which was perfect as our outdoor patio area extended onto some fake grass that had the sun most of the day and looked out onto the mountains with a peek of the sea. As it was raised up from the main road it was overlooked by one house opposite but otherwise was nice and private. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with hob, kettle and fridge in the small but adequate kitchen area. The hosts were beyond friendly and helpful and breakfast was generous and delicious. The location is good, about a 5-7 minute walk to the main strip which had some amazing hiking trails off it to the north and down to Korthiou Bay - we highly recommend routes 2, 8 and 3. There was a private pool area which was a little cold for the end of March but I imagine would be amazing in the height of summer.

This beautiful apartment is in the heart of Andros's chora, amidst charming cobblestone streets and a breathtaking sea view from the terrace. Christos, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure our seamless arrival, gave us great recommendations for restaurants etc, and shared with us his genuine love for the island. Christos also owns "Explore Andros [dot] gr", where visitors can book tours and activities to explore this island's beauty. A wonderful stay that made us feel like locals in the aristocratic chora of Andros.

Spotlessly clean apartments located in the best part of Andros town to stay. Top host who will respect privacy but also be on hand with anything at all needed. Very knowledgeable in the island topography and for useful information to get the best from your stay. All kitchen amenities needed are present, hot water is constant, shower great, bed amazing, parking spaces, in short I needed nothing that wasn’t there for me. Good to know- there are recycling separation bins 100 Meters towards town so please use them to reduce landfill 👌🏻

It is close , you can get there with the fast ferry from Rafina in just over an hour. Teh island ahs a big tradition in shipping an dthe ship owners have kept Chora in a charming state. You have batsi if you want some more action but otherwise the small villages are nice an dfar from the extremely busy islands like Paros, Mykonos etc. Prices were high but nothing insane. It gets crouded too in mid August. Although an aegean island it has lots of waters and at least 2 hiking destinations with waterfall etc. Some monasteries to visit. Before you leave dont miss buying a box of amygdalota (almond sweets covered in powder sugar , local delicacy). Some of the beaches are hard to access but offer an amazing view.

Beautiful island amazing beaches amazing people the roads...
Beautiful island amazing beaches amazing people the roads are a bit TIGHT for two cars to pass in the villages beaches are 20 to 55 min from Chora Andros…There are beaches to just set your towel down with bringing your own food and drinks and then there are beaches that have all the amenities like beach lounges with umbrellas which were at $15 euro a set and they are equipped with beach bars that serve amazing drinks and good ….Chora Andros is beautiful during the day and very busy at night it could use some more restaurants and clothing shops thry hage but most of them are outdated !!!! You must make a reservation in Chora restaurants as they become full and can’t accommodate you for dinner I don’t know about other months but August is a very busy time it has a lot of tourism…

Andros is the most beautiful island in the world - picturesque, untouched, serene, traditionally neoclassical and unique to other Greek islands since it has both sea and greenery - a real gem in the Cyclades.

Great island.
Great island.
Not too touristic so the prices are quite low and it's quiet on the one hand and on the other there are not many places to party.
But there are beautiful beaches with easy access by car (regular, no need for 4x4)
People are very nice anywhere we went.
Definitely recommending this island for an easy relaxing vacation

A lovely little town, it's big enough to offer a good selection of restaurants, shops and small museums without tourism completely taking over. Andros isn't a party island and Chora is definitely representative of that, with more of a relaxed family vibe. Location-wise, there are nice beaches a short distance away and many more in the south of the island.

The hotel is located in a beautiful and stylish old mansion with high painted ceilings and waxed wooden floors
It smells out of cleanliness .
Our room was very big with good beds and a nice bathroom.
The AC is new and silent
The breakfast is great almost entirely homemade (like the fruit salad and the traditional pies which changes every day).
The staff is very kind
You really feel at home
Very good location at the end of the Main Street of the lovely village
The highest of recommendation to the location, the flat and to Cristos.
We planned to stay just three nights but we extended our stay four more because we liked everything so much. The flat is spacious and comfortable, and it has everything you’ll need. The surrounding area is quiet. There are plenty of restaurants and beautiful places to see all within walking distance. Cristos will bend over backwards to help you with whatever you need or want.
The location is very nice. It is very quiet and the view is amazing. The stuff is very polite and welcoming. A truly family hotel. The rooms and generally the hotel are very clean. Also the prices are very reasonable and a big thumbs up about the hotel policy to allow dogs in the promises. I don't have a dog, but I know how difficult is to find a place to stay if you have one.
Kostas and Maria are wonderful hosts. They have been flexible on the arrival. The flat situated in their garden is exactly as the pictures and even better. The breakfast is homemade, delicious and generous. They give good advices about the island spots. If you are looking for a beautiful relaxing place with real greek food served by authentic nice islanders, come to Andros!
The hotel is in the centre of Chora - shops and restaurants within short walking distance. Although we arrived much earlier than check-in time, we received a warm welcome from Maria and were shown to our room. The room looks old fashioned but is lacking nothing. Good breakfast with home made jams, yoghurt, eggs, juice. Hospitality gets a new meaning here. Excellent stay.
The studio was clean and comfortable and had a patio with a magnificent view to the mountains. The overall design of the hotel shows good taste and sophisticated simplicity. The hosts were hospitable, kind and ready to help with whatever was needed. We loved absolutely everything with Kalimera Andros and would recommend it strongly!
We liked Sariza Hotel and mostly the friendly staff who always did their best for us to be comfortable. We got upgraded to sea view and also changed room for us when we found that one of the mattresses was not as comfortable. Apart from that we were also very impressed by the level of cleanliness. We recommend this hotel !
George, the owner, was really attentive to every request that we had. from reservations for dinners, to recommendations on basically everything to do on the island. his customer service skills are off the charts! the rooms were really nice and very clean. very very comfortable bed.
we will definitely go back !!
Excellent place and host. The beach is very close and it was the best beach out of all. The host gave very good recommendations on what to do in Andros (incl. off maps hiking trails) and will help to arrange practicalities. Our kid really enjoyed the pool when we are too lazy to walk to the beach.
The hotel has very well built facilities, the owwners and staff are extremely polite and willing to assist you, the rooms have all the essentials, although relatively small. The breakfast is complete, based on Greek products, everything prepared with a lot of effort and care. Surely recommend it!
The stuff was super friendly and helpful. Nice location just outside of Andros Chora. There was parking just outside of the hotel. The breakfast was satisfying and there was even a coffee machine. And the most important, every day the room was clean, with fresh towels, soaps and toilet paper.
The hotel is a nice choice to be close to the chora but not right in the middle of the nightlife. Room was very comfortable both with air con or with the melthemi blowing through the windows. Amazing breakfast , parking right at your door (very rare if you stay in chora) welcoming staff.
We were welcomed by Margarita and her mother-in-law, who were helpful and generous hosts. Beautiful views of sea, village and countryside from the small balcony and windows. Well-equipped kitchen, a
few village tavernas and more possibilities in Chora, just s short drive away.
Great house with a great view. The owner was very communicative, and answered all of our questions before and during our stay, including recommending nearby restaurants. The upstairs patio was shady and open to the Mediterranean breeze; a wonderful place to spend an afternoon.
Location is great but a vehicle is strongly recommended. You can reach both city of Andros and Batsi within 20-30 minutes. The outdoor view and terrace are stunning.
Sunset time and outdoor swing are nice and we appreciated it.
This is the best hotel we've stayed in Chora, Andros. The staff is amazing, very helpful and always attentive. The breakfast basket was our favourite, with fresh and local ingredients. We will definitely visit again!
Excellent location. Steps.from the beach. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms were immaculately clean and modern. Included breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend and would return again.
The style of the hotel is tasteful and calming. Spotlessly clean every where with thoughtful details added by the hosts. Our room was spacious with a wonderful balcony and super comfy beds.
