The property was so beautiful and decor was very cool. It was one of 6 properties on the hillside and you can utilise all of them for pool and restaurant and gyms/spa. I could not stop taking pics!
It was a 5 min walk to amazing Elia beach. Wonderful staff, breakfast and room with insane view.
A shuttle takes you to Mykonos town and back 30 mins transfer a couple of times a day. We went twice for a day trip. And visited Delos.
The rest of the time we stayed and enjoyed all the hotels. The sun beds are super comfy by the pool and down on the beach. The sushi restaurant was excellent. All have the view. Very romantic. Some entertainment but we missed all, not sure how! Maybe more information about this in lobby?
All in all a relaxing stay in a beautiful venue with views and beach with all sports.
Featuring pool views, Katikies Villas Mykonos features accommodation with balcony, around 1.3 km from Elia Beach. With garden views, this accommodation offers a patio.

Elia beach is a quiet lonely place.
Elia beach is a quiet lonely place. It’s for a family, not a group of young friends that want a touristic young party vibe. Transportation was bad and the area didn’t have any stores / markets. Go to Paradise Beach / Mykonos town, it’s perfect, especially for people in their 20’s - 30’s. Paradise beach and Mykonos town have perfect transportation from the morning till 03:00 in the night

The chairs are crazy expensive 35 euros per chair and 10 euros for a towel so bring your own. If you're staying at the beach all day it may be worthwhile but this was just another example of how much more expensive Mykonos is than other islands. On Santorini we had free beach chairs as long as we had lunch at the restaurant behind them. This seemed like a fair deal and was what we expected in Mykonos. When they told us 70 euros for the chairs we were pretty shocked because we had made a lunch reservation at the restaurant behind and were only spending an hour at the beach.

It’d you are expecting five star service and facilities, think again. The hotel was fine, it was clean and pretty but it lacked finesse.
The restaurants offer of half board is a poor deal. There are other restaurants around that give the five star service you expect.

Elia Beach is lovely but small, very small.
Elia Beach is lovely but small, very small.
To get to Spilia, beach clubs, Mykonos town, shops is a nightmare and expensive. If you want a hotel only holiday and no exploring or dinners out then Elia beach is great. If you want to see more of Mykonos, stay in the town or Ornos.
Absolutely gorgeous luxury hotel perched on the edge of a cliff overlooking Elia Beach; the views from everywhere at the property are to die for; lovely infinity pool; jacuzzi in our suite; great shower and super comfortable beds; the on-site restaurant down by the water (Tiki) is amazing and is a must, even if you're not staying at the hotel; the staff are so friendly and sweet - they gave great recommendations, picked us up from the beach and even upgraded our room on the final night of our stay, which was truly exceptional.
We have nothing but positive things to say about our stay here. Beautiful comfortable rooms, with lovely decor and attention to detail. Pool area was nice also and never overcrowded. Staff were very polite and helpful, and kindly arranged a car rental for us. We also greatly appreciated the complimentary bottles of water every day. Less than 10 mins walk to Elia beach, but Kalo Livadi is also close by (5 min drive). We would definitely stay here when we are next in Mykonos!
I loved the location of Cova overlooking the sea & Elia Beach. Our room was as private as one could be in such an open location. We had exceptional service here from Luka. He brought our delicious custom ordered breakfast to us each morning, arranged our ATV rental, ordered dinner for us, arranged our departure car, and was accessible, personal & friendly throughout our stay. He also gave us tips on how & what to explore the island.
The property is a boutique hotel and had a lovely staff. From even before leaving the UK Tonia got in touch and asked if we had additional needs like airport transfers etc…. The property was very clean and breakfast given to us personally each day at our own table outside. It was super easy to get about and Tonia even helped to organise hiring quad bikes for us.
The location was amazing and had a beautiful view of Elia beach. The apartment got lots of great light. You could see the ocean from the bedroom window and the living room window. The AC also worked really well and the bed was comfortable. Our host Giorgos was also very responsive and there for anything we needed. He also gave us some great recommendations.
The staff was amazing and helpful
Hotel was clean and the room was big well stocked
The cleaning team comes several times per day to clean and restock
The restaurant at the hotel is tasty fresh and very good
Breakfast is one of the best I had in hotel at Greece
They have hair dresser at the royal hotel from their collection that is just great
This location was amazing. Just steps away from Elia Beach. The staff were so wonderful and there for your every need. The breakfast on their patio was idealic. Arrangements were easily made to town and back. The beach is absolutely heaven and the staff who take your drink and food orders were kind and helpful. We will definitely be back.
I loved the hotel, it’s boutique and the staff is just amazing. So friendly and accommodating! The beds are SUPER comfortable and we will definitely come back. Thank you to all of the staff and especially Dimitri - the loveliest man who really helped us throughout our stay.
Nothing! Old, terrible customer service!
This hotel is a scam! Nothing as it looks on the pictures. Old, dirty, bad maintained furniture. Terrible!!! The only good thing is Niko the driver who drives you to the beach and does everything in that hotel. Super nice person!
The Hotel is very nice, the staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. Location is far from the town but perfect if you want to have a relaxing holiday. Near to the good beaches. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Perfect holiday villa with an amazing view over Mykonos Elia Beach from a generous wonderful terrace. Great hosts and well equiped place. We have enjoyed every moment of our stay and we plan to come back.
Very satisfied with the double family room. The hotel management went out of their way to arrange 4 single beds, since I am a mom with 3 kids. Pool en sitting area were lovely. I highly recommend.
The hotel was very spacious and super clean! All the staff were absolutely helpful with everything and always had a smile in their faces! I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.
Lovely Villa and friendly host who was always helpful with any question. Location was perfect just up from Elia Beach and close to many other beaches and shops when required.
the property seems fairly new, the grounds are kept impeccably manicured. this hotel exceeded our expectations. they staff was very accommodating to all our requests.
We liked everything! Amazing experience, the staff very welcoming, great food, clean rooms, the whole hotel is a dream with spectacular views all over the place.
Very nice hotel supported by a very nice team.
