Location was good, the beach and the strand boulevard a stone's throw away. Pleasant easy walk to town centre. Bus stop very near. Friendly staff. Fridge and cooker top in the room, some basic crockery ( no plates!) Shower and bath tub, and hot water worked well. Breakfast had plenty of choice. All in all the hotel was a characterful retro reminder of the hotels in the 70s'!

The rooms were very spacious and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh and had a great variety for all tastes.
The pool was a good size with poolside service if you are wanting a drink or something to eat.
Hotels location was 1 block from the beach and about 1km (flat easy walk with lots to see) into the old town of Rethymno.
