Quite place. With luck got room having another door to view sunrise. Room, outdoor and pool was clean. 5min walk to nearby restaurant, bakery and takeaway even though a restaurant in next to villa but they don't do takeaway

Eva and the staff were so accommodating and friendly. The room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. The location was ideal as it was walking distance to Fira 1.1km. There was a bakery close by which served delicious cakes and pastries

Featuring an outdoor pool and a stone-paved sun terrace with sea view, the traditionally built Villa Manos is located in Karterados, within 1.5 km from Fira.

Room was comfortable with nice balcony facing the sea, albeit quite far from seaside. Hotel is convenient to drive north or south around the island. Reception was available for our late evening arrival. We were presented with a bottle of wine on departure and kind offer to use pool/shower facilities during the day of our check-out.

This was my fiancé and I first holiday together and we made the right choice in choosing coconut residence. The host Maria was absolutely amazing, helpful and supportive in booking us taxis at our stipulated time, giving directions and suggestions and constantly checking in on us to make sure we were happy and okay. The location was also not to far from Fira and had restaurants and a supermarket around. We also had our hot tub and suite regularly cleaned as well, it was indeed an amazing experience for us and we would highly recommend this accommodation

We had a great stay at Emerald collection suites. We were hosted by Maria who was attentive to our needs and eager to help in any of our travel plans. Having plenty of worthwhile suggestions herself. She was warm and welcoming and started our trip on the right path. We had a few questions before we arrived and she always responded promptly and was very helpful. The suite itself was very nice and clean, there was a different breakfast every morning which we both really enjoyed.

Amazing staff, Maria was always extremely helpful and kind as well as the rest of the staff. The room was exceptional, as well as the view from our hot tub. We stayed in 4 places on our greece trip and Onyx by far had the best breakfast. Housekeeping went above and beyond. Groceries and restaurants were a short walk or even shorter drive into town.

    The most amazing hostel I’ve ever stayed at! The location is gorgeous and at a good walking distance from Fira or the bus stop. The staff are all lovely and very welcoming and the breakfast is great too. There are weekly activities such as dinners and movie nights as well. Would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back in the future.

    The owner was liar, he/she claimed guest stole their lamp & batteries. Please check their website, over 100 photos, none of them had lamp in the picture . I had NO CLUE, why did them make this kind claim? They liar & made up things, claimed that guest asked them to drive guest around island, I hired taxi every day & I kept all the receipts to prove how much I paid for the taxi every day. I have trouble to understand them. For sure, they ARE NOT honest people, NOT honest business.

    Katerados is a village near Thira, with adequate facilities, small tourist shop,supermarket, bakeries, cafes, and a few restaurants. A relaxing place after a busy day out. It is very easy to use the bus service, you can get all around the island, the buses are quite busy, but run regularly right up to 11 p.m.

    Nice family run Hotel.

    Nice family run Hotel. Staff always on hand to assist and book our requirment, so made our trip easier. Great swimming pool. 10 minutes walk into the main town of Thera. Supermarket and Bakery across the main road of hotel. Convenient for snacks, drinks and breakfast.

    Karterados is such a beautiful and peaceful area, not far from busy Fira town centre. We stayed at beautiful Lilium Homes and it was a perfect place to get away from the all the noisy crowds. So tranquil!

    Karterados was a great place to stay, it's an easy 20 minute walk into Fira with all the attractions, shops, restaurants and nightlife you could wish for, and it is also ideally placed for taking buses to other parts of the island too. Being just on the outskirts of the city it was much calmer and quieter, with far less traffic. It felt more like a typical Greek town or village, the people were very friendly, there were lots of various restaurants, cafes and bakeries, with more reasonable prices than Fira, and all with a superb choice of food. There is also an excellent brewery there, and a supermarket/gift/clothes store which seemed to sell just about everything you could think of and more! If you stay in Karterados you won't be disappointed.

    Trudi was a really good host, she was welcoming and when we arrived she told us how it works in Santorini and suggested us what to do and what to see. She also organized all our transfer. The location was really good it's near the bus station and 20 min walk to Thira. The swimming pool is also nice not too big but clean and deep. There's a kettle and mini frigerator so it was really helpful for our stay, bakery and supermarket are also near the hotel! We had a perfect stay in the hotel! 🙃

    We loved the host/staff and the place. The room was cleaned every day and the breakfast was freshly cooked and prepared each morning. The place is only one bus ride to Fira and was located in a quiet area with a view of the sea. The host Katherina, her family and the staff were exceptional, helpful and friendly. They gave us free water when we ran out and towels to use for the beach. If we ever go back to Santorini, we would definitely stay here again.

    the hotel was amazing very nice staff, helpful for every need and question you have, they have a great transfer service that will help you get around after or before the buses are no longer available. only 7 minutes walk from the nearest bus stop (karterados). our room was very clean and was made perfectly whenever we asked. the pool was very nice. the breakfast was very good with many choices and only 8 euros per person. we had a great stay!

    The Hotel Owner was so helpful in arranging for transportation to pick me up from the airport especially since I came in late. The room was so spacious and a great open balcony, it was hard to leave the room for my daily tours! 15-20 min walking distance to the center and a block away from restaurants/ really cute cafes. She was always helpful and made my checkout easy with transportation to o the ferry as well. Loved the stay thank you!

    The Hotel is conveniently located close to the bus stop that takes you all around Santorini. Karterados is just 5 min drive to main town Fira. The owner of the hotel is super helpful and always available for any queries, felt at home for my stay in Santorini. Breakfast is included and the room is cleaned every day. Will definitely recommend Ikaros for a stay on the island! Thanks for the lovely stay.

    Really good value for money - room had everything we wanted (fridge, nice balcony, dressing area, good air con) and was comfortable. The pool area was perfect too, nice loungers and got sun all day. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean, and the owner is brilliant - really helpful. Quiet location with some nice restaurants/plenty of shops nearby. Would happily come back if we’re ever back in Santorini.

    We liked the room and the hotel's breakfast offering. The hosts were extremely friendly and thoughtful, and did everything to ensure we had a great stay. We were given recommendations for things to see/eat in Santorini and told how to get around the island. Alex went above and beyond - other hotel managers could learn a lot from him about how to interact with guests.

    The room was extremely comfortable and it was lovely to come back every day to find my room meticulously cleaned. The hotel is a family business, and the owner and his sons take pains to make sure everything is great. It's just a 15 min walk to Thera, and surrounded by places to eat or get a great coffee. I couldn't have asked for better accommodation in Santorini.

    Great location! Walking distance to Fira, Exo Gialos beach, and close to the airport. Close to a bus stop, bakeries, cafes, restaurants and grocery store. Clean and affordable. Friendly staff and I was able to have a balcony room like I had hoped. Lovely pool and patio area. Karterados has a beautiful windmill, blue dome and a red domed church and gorgeous sunsets!

    This quaint little hotel was charming, we had room close o the beach, superb decorative lighting inside each room. the breakfast was a la carte and good but the staff was the best. Eve an Sissi were attentive, find us a shuttle to go to town, help me printing ferry tickets and were overall charming.

    This was by far the best night of my 4 nights in Santorini! So relaxing and away from the hype of Fira and Oia, but so close and easy to access those tourist places. Extremely friendly and family owned! Had laundry service, transfer to airport at 7am and terrific diner!

    I arrived in Santorini on Christmas Eve and I booked a single room. Although I arrived early, the hotel tried their best to arrange check-in for me in advance, and the room was very clean and tidy. thank you all. I spent a wonderful 4 days here.

    Stella is so wonderful and helpful! She keeps the rooms impeccably clean. The pension is super close to the Karterados bus stop, making it convenient to and from the ferries and airport, and easy walking distance to Fira! We had a lovely stay :)
