We had to leave early (before breakfast), staff prepared a breakfast package for us and it was very rich and so cute. Room was clean and wi-fi was satisfied. The hotel in front of sea but sea not good for swimming. You have to go somewhere else.

The hotel is decorated in an old country style, very clean, the owners are wonderful people, very friendly and nice, you feel at home, cleaning every day, varied breakfast, nice atmosphere. Large, deep, clean pool, a very calm place, just wonderful for a couple's holiday. There are many restaurants, shops and the beach nearby. I highly recommend it for those who love antiquity and home comfort.
Only steps from Kamari Bay's picturesque harbour and its small beach, the family-run Albatros Studios offers self-catered accommodation with sea views, and features a swimming pool with sun-lounger...

View was stupendous as the name on the tin suggests. Breakfast was exceptional with all the homemade and home sourced ingredients. Our hosts were brilliant. We had forgotten one of our snorkelling masks and our hosts found an equivalent replacement. We were also able to borrow needle and thread. They were always ready and willing to give us tips about where to go. Would thoroughly recommend them, Garden was beautifully laid out too, at night if you went away from the light you have a real starry spectacle

I loved being away from the popular resorts at the other end, people were very friendly, I did 4 day trips, it's an amazing island with great ambassadors. Some of the popular triples were a little too busy, i.e. sunset in Zia, but the shopping was out of this world, found a lovely pottery jewellery shop that was all local made, loved the restaurants on the beaches

Kefalos is the most beautiful place on island.
Kefalos is the most beautiful place on island. It has beautiful nature, hills, there are options for off road experiences. It has the most beautiful and sandy beaches which are not too crowded. The water is christal clear and some beaches like Agios Theologos have beautiful sunset.
We liked Kefalos because it is very authentic and you can enjoy in greek culture and cuisine.

It’s the perfect place to go if you want to relax in a quiet town
Consider renting a car, the town is on a hill and not many taxis around. There’s plenty of car,4x4s, scooters, bikes and plenty more to rent with very affordable prices.
If you wish to get an airport transfer, contact Ztours as they do transfers from the airport to Kéfalos for only €14/person. Also, check their other activities as they do trips to Kos Town, 3 Island cruises and plenty more for very good prices!
Try the small restaurants, they all have amazing food!

Kefalos is well worth a visit, absolutely stunning location.
Kefalos is well worth a visit, absolutely stunning location. It's very quiet, and a little far from many of the major historical sites in Kos, so it may be worth splitting the time on the island - we spent a week based in Kos Town and then 3 days in Kefalos, which felt about right.
The pool is fantastic. Big and they keep them clean.
The breakfast was decent. The cakes were excellent.
The location is pretty good for that particular area: beach is 2' on foot, the local bus stop is right in front of the hotel, mini markets and places to eat are all around as well as vehicle rentals.
Staff is very friendly.
The room is spacious and very comfy. It has all the essentials. Balcony very spacious as well. The air-condition was working pretty well.
And we got all these at a very good price for the season.
The location was lovely and the staff was smiley face. We have everything we need. If you are looking for a place for tranquality this is the one. Spotlessly clean, brother&sister know this business.I would prefer this hotel to the luxury ones. The supermarket and the bus stop is two minutes walking distance. The beach was lovely. The sunset is fab,the meals are various ,delish, and it serves for both vegeterian and meat lovers.Swimming pool we didnt use but big enough and extra clean.
There was a pool and seaside. The beach belonged to the hotel but you had to pay an extra 7€ (for two not comfy sunbeds + an umbrella). Breakfast was OK. The staff were very cheery. There was a good garden place to eat meals or anytime to sit and relax in the shadows.
The hotel is very close to Agios Stefanos Beach which contains ruins of the Basilica St. Stefanos (nearly 10 min. by walking on the seaside). It's a good and different atmosphere to swim.
Hermes Hotel is one of the best hotels I've stayed at; this family run hotel is incredibly hospitable, and every member of staff treats you as one of their own. The location is excellent, just a 10 minute walk to the beach and all the facilities of Kefalos, and up the hill is the town. Top notch cleanliness, friendly staff and well maintained facilities. They even had olive oil from their own groves! I will certainly be back when I'm next in Kos!
It was just awesome. It is small but nice. A rather antique furniture lol, but that made it even better. It just fits the island, a 5 star hotel wouldn't have enhanced our experienced on Kos. Kept clean very well - women who own this come every morning to bring away trash and renew towels etc, also they're extremely friendly and helpful. Price definitely more than good. Also it has a great view when you sit outside the apartment.
We loved everything about our stay at Panorama Studios! Theodore and his family were amazing hosts and provided great breakfasts with homemade ingredients each morning. We were surprised, and very grateful, to have our room upgraded upon arrival. The view from the room was unbeatable and if we are ever back in Kos, we will certainly be staying at Panorama again to enjoy the views and the amazing hospitality.
The location is ideal, just a 2 minute walk to Kefalos, a charming area that features restaurants, small markets, and few beaches with sunbeds. The property itself is fully equipped, has two balconies and a delightful terrace which is shared with others apartment. It's a quiet place unlike Kos and our 7 days stay was incredibly relaxing.
We had a room on the first floor in one of upper buildings. There was a beautiful view on the whole Kefalos bay with morning sunrise. The room had the air conditioning and the room service was every day. The hotel staff was really helpful and communicative. There was no problem with late check-in caused by delayed flight.
Could not fault this accommodation, ideally located. Not too far to walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, the walk in shower was amazing and the balcony was very spacious. It is on the main road into Kefalos so it was busy at times but the noise never bothered us.
Everything, since I arrived: the atmosphere and the light of this calm, friendly but elegant hotel. The mornings and the evenings on the beautiful terrace, the quiet pool, the sea view, the beach in a couple of minutes. And, first of all, the kind and super nice owners!!
Great location in Kefalos. Just off main street so no traffic. Easy to get to the beach, nearby mini supermarket and restaurants. Close to bus stop to airport and Kos Town. Friendly and helpful staff.
Staffs were very friendly. Location is awsome, just 5-7 mins to the beach and restaurants. Hotel has a large space to park your car. Rooms are extremely wide and have balcony. I strongly recommend.
The room, very nice & seemed very out of place compared to the rest of the rooms in it , we usually end up in dated Greek hotel’s & apartments.
I believe ours was only took like this in the hotel.
