The location is exceptional. The kastoria lake is visible from the upper floor bedroom. Sotiria is an outstanding and friendly host. She would always strive to assist to have a nice stay. The house is well tended and extra clean. All appliances are of top quality. Bed sheets and douvets smell great. We shall return !

Big room space. Everything was clean. Nice restaurant and spa area. We will definetely visit again. Special reference should go to the gentleman in charge of the spa who was very kind. Also Dora at the restaurant and the breakfast area was super helpful.

We chose this place on the recommendation of a local friend and we weren't disappointed. I wish we could score it 11 out of 10 because it was perfect. The view of the lake was stunning, the location excellent, especially since it was right above a fantastic coffee shop. The attention to detail and all the fittings etc. were superb, a recent refurbishment means that everything was super modern and high quality, hightech TV. We are both vegan and they made an extra effort to produce some delicious breakfast options for us. It really could not have been more perfect.

We were given a really friendly welcome and a helpful sheet of recommended places to see and eat. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable! Breakfast next morning was lovely, with homemade cake and pastries and a freshly made omelette. Delicious!
