Very warm welcome. The hotel is in a traditional mountain style with beautiful wood floors and ceilings. We had a large balcony with a stunning view over the town and down into the valley. Breakfast was exceptional with lots of homemade produce including the creamiest yogurt I’ve ever tasted. We were given a huge spread of food and enjoyed trying everything. Staff were warm and very friendly.

We had a very warm welcome from the owner who is absolutely charming & speaks very good English. She encouraged us to visit the old Konitsa bridge nearbye, which was a great outing, with a stunning walk along the river.
It is well worth getting a room with a view over the mountains & valley. The hotel has car parking in the basement. Very good value for money.
We loved Konitsa, built on a steep hill. The centre of town is above the hotel & there are several cafés & restaurants. Not too many tourists in September, mainly locals. The food is very traditional & meat-centred.
The Guesthouse To tzaki is at an altitude of 650 metres on the slope of Mount Timfi, in Konitsa.

Clean, comfortable and warm rooms. Hot water in the bathroom. Refrigerator and facilities for coffee is a plus. There is a common area with fireplace in the basement, although we didn't use it.
This apartment complex is beautifully situated amidst stunning scenery in Konitsa, the city of adventure and sports, beside the River Aoos and the traditional bridge. It offers free Wi-Fi throughout.

The location was nice and easy to be found. The room is spacious and fully equiped. We really enjoyed the fact that our room was daily cleaned and we were provided with soft clean towels. The host is very kind and willing to help with a lot of useful details about the area.

Very clean, great place, great staff.
We have enjoyed sitting outside in the night watching the stars and playing tavli (backgammon).
Excellent breakfast prepared in detail.
Staff is fantastic very helpful and I would like to thank Eleni. We have forgotten something in our room and she was very helpful to send it by courier. She has provided us also with a lot of information where to go what is very interesting etc.
We enjoyed our stay and would like to have stayed longer.
We enjoyed our stay and would like to have stayed longer. We will come back again, next time in the spring to enjoy the outdoor spaces and many hike the gorge. Hopefully the hotel restaurant will also be open, breakfast was good and the views from our our room were great, there was also a small balcony which would have been lovely if the temperature had been more the 5 degrees. It is a stunning area and well worth exploring.

Climbing steeply up the western slope of Mount Aiminadia,...
Climbing steeply up the western slope of Mount Aiminadia, the vibrant town of Konitsa is the gate to north-west Zagori. At its foot, the Aoos river flows under a 19th-century stone bridge – a superb example of a type that is typical to the region – and continues west onto the Plain of Konitsa. Upstream, walkers can follow the base of a steep gorge and reach the picturesque Monastery of Panagias Stomiou. This is the starting point for more demanding routes, including the famed Epirus Trail that runs south towards Astraka. Experienced hikers may attempt the Dragon Lake of Tymfi from this direction; however, the conventional (easier) route runs east from Papigko.
Konitsa itself has a charming centre with an array of good tavernas and cafes. As one of the larger towns in the region, it also has a post office, bank and several corner shops (seldom found in the smaller villages of Zagorohoria). Well worth visiting is the church of Saint Barbara (Agias Barbaras) which offers panoramic views across the plain, towards the Albanian border.
Konitsa also has the advantage of being the northern terminal of a bus route connecting it with Ioannina, the major city of north-west Greece. Buses run three times a day, can be picked up from the KTEL station at the centre of the town, and take about an hour to reach Ioannina where further links with Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras and Igoumentisa can easily be located. For this reason, it may serve as a suitable base for backpackers wishing to explore Zagori by foot.

The centre of the village Konitsa is small but has everything. Nice tavernas , souvlaki places, bakeries, pastry shops and a wonderful place called "Palio" in a little square, full with people of all ages, nice music and mezedes.
Konitsa is cheaper than Zagorochoria and the ideal starting point to make your excursions to the wonderful rivers, villages of "Zagorochoria" and mountains of the area.
*If you go in the summer, be sure to take a swim in the river, under the Konitsa stilt bridge and under the Klidonia stilt !!

The perfect location, to be used as a base for excursions around the area. The natural paths through the rivers, the mountains and the traditional villages scattered around the region are really worth to be visited
The hotel's ideal location and exquisite accommodations were truly impressive, but what made our stay in Bourazani truly exceptional were the owners. Their warmth and hospitality exceeded our expectations as they graciously took the time to provide detailed insights about the surrounding area, offering valuable recommendations on must-visit attractions. Their genuine enthusiasm and personalized attention made our experience truly amazing.
The apartment was well equipped, clean and more than enough for 2 persons.
We asked for more sheets and Maria the owner sent us in no time the sheets and more towels though we didn't ask for it 😊
We once got stuck outside the apartment and Maria again solved our issue in no time.
She sent her cousin and she opened the door for us.
If you are in Konitsa don't hesitate
Take this apartment and rest assure you are in good hands 🙌
I had a great sleep at the Rodovoli Hotel! My room was airy, spacious and very clean, ensuring me a restful night. Plus, the hotel had a free parking and facilities for disabled guests, making it accessible to everyone. Also the restaurant and bar provided to all a convenient dining options and room service was available. With free WiFi and a superb breakfast, it's an all-around super great choice for everyone.
This is a truly unique hotel. Set less than 3km from the border with Albania in a UNESCO geopark in the Greek mountains. A rural delight. Great for lovers of nature, wildlife, local produce. A family run charming hotel. The owner is passionate about preserving the natural diversity of the area and keeps more than 800 deer in a special reserve that you can see in the evenings.
My room, tailored for individuals with special needs, was not only accessible but also well-appointed and comfortable. The hotel's commitment to inclusivity was commendable. What's even more remarkable were the reasonable rates, offering exceptional value for the quality of accommodation and service. I look forward to returning to this accessible and affordable gem.
The hotel is lovely, beautiful view from the balcony. The staff is warm, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and it was a pleasure to sit on the balcony. The hotel is in a very good location to the Vikos gorge, hikes along the Voidomatis River and the area of Aristi and Papigo. I highly recommend this lovely hotel and this beautiful area of Greece.
The hotel's bar was a wonderful place to unwind, it had a great selection of beverages. Plus, the complimentary Wi-Fi was a convenient touch, keeping us connected. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding areas on the complimentary hotel bicycles, adding to the overall experience. I'm certain I'll return to this hotel for another visit.
The hotel is near the river in a very good spot. There are so many things to do around and even though we stayed 4 days we couldn’t see everything. There is a very big , quiet and relaxing pool available for the guests. We had our dinner and cocktails also there every night. Rooms are spacious and clean.
The tranquil ambiance of the surrounding area ensures that guests enjoy a restful night's sleep. The comfortable beds, with their plush bedding, provided the perfect cocoon to unwind after a day of exploring the enchanting Konitsa Town. I'll be back again soon.
Exactly what I expected from the "old-style" hotels, efficient, helpful and friendly management at a reasonable cost for Greece in the 21st century. Useful back door on higher level to save time reaching town.
It was beautiful inside and out with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Konitsa is a beautiful town set amongst the most amazing mountain scenery. Thomas, our host, was really friendly.
The location for us was perfect as we liked the walk up into Konitsa. The apartment was perfect for our needs and Stavros, our host, was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
This was a very beautiful hotel with excellent view overlooking Konitsa and the river. Very friendly and helpful staff, very nice breakfast. I will come back. Thank you very much!!!
