Any minor deficiencies well compensated for by very friendly and helpful staff. I'm sure they would have provided anything we wanted, had we asked.

We good a large, quiet room with view to the lake - the view was WOW.
We'll miss Zissis the receptionist was always available through phone (if not in hotel), he solved couple of issues quickly and efficiently.
The hotel is 8 minutes from center, although it requires some stairs and climbing not so steep hill.
We got an excellent recommendations from the receptions on restaurant and attractions, we ate in a wonderful restaurant Kalnterimi and on the other road was a great wine bar (Idees).

The location of the accommodation was convenient and close to restaurants and cafes. Plenty of free street parking is available nearby. The host, Evi, was very friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night and they waited and gave us a very warm welcome. They also assisted us in finding a suitable and easy parking spot opposite the accommodation, as well as helping us to carry our luggage into the room. Our room was of good size, clean, tidy, modern, quiet and well-facilitated. The bed was very comfortable. We also received welcome drinks (dessert wine) and snack in the room on arrival. The breakfast was lovely, including sandwiches and hot breakfast (bacon, sausage, cheese, ham and different types of eggs), cakes, yogurt, fruits etc. and barista coffee. Evi is a very good barista. On check out, Evi provided us with comprehensive and useful information on attractions and good restaurants in the city. We are very satisfied with this accommodation.

Helpful, friendly staff: for example, after checking out, I was allowed to work on my laptop in the dining area. Excellent wifi. Wonderful breakfast for the price: self-service buffet in an attractive dining area (with good music at a sensible volume).
