We loved everything about the place. The location is super, you are surrounded by locals and the nearby beaches are very easy to reach even by walking. If you go to the opposite direction you are in a huge olive forest in 5 minutes and you can go for hikes on scenic routes. Lena is friendly and helpful and the accomodation is stylish, clean and provides all the amenities we needed. The family owned traditional restaurant is a 2 minute walk away on the main square of Liapades, it was our favourite dining option.

Lots of tavernas, good mini mart, lots of lovely beaches close by especially Rovinia and Limini. We loved the hike to both, one through olive trees. Go to Dukades village 10.minutes drive from Liapades for dinner to 'Elizabeth's'. We ate there twice it was so delicious.

The best feature in Liapades are several fantastic beaches...
The best feature in Liapades are several fantastic beaches nearby, especially Rovinia which is the best for us (during the day there is always a part of the beach in the shade). The terrain is quite hilly. It is possible to reach the beaches by paths and boats, which can be rented or connected. The place is small with a few local shops and restaurants, one bar in the area. Liapades was a beautiful little town that i throughly enjoyed :) Lovely beach, a number of really great restaurants, especially Aria's Grill with delicious food and the son who served us was very friendly and helpful, and plenty of amenties and facilities to make our time spent there easy and comfortable.

Very good city to go to if you are in Corfu for the first...
Very good city to go to if you are in Corfu for the first time. Has many beautiful beaches (wild ones included, Rovinia Beach being the one I adored), lots of shops, taverns and it also has a Green Bus stop, allowing tourists to visit the island of Corfu Town with ease. The city is not too big, nor too small, a balanced size. It has picturesque architecture typical to Greece and is easy to get around.Alexandru - 10Scored 10

Perfect location to walk to the most beautiful beaches. Handy to have a car if you want to explore beyond the village, but there are buses into Corfu town. There’s plenty of restaurants in liapades and a bar or 2. It caters for tourists whilst retaining its Greek charm

The kitchen really surprised us - it has more than you need (coffee maker, oven, microwave… even sandwich maker). Location is superb - near our favourite beach in Corfu (Rovinia). The host is super charming and very helpful. The view is also amazing. everything was very clean and the sheets were changed regularly (which I feel like is kind of rare in apt rentals in Liapades)AlinaUkraine

The room was perfect, very clean, everything you need. No mosquitoes which is a big plus. Close supermarket and nice tavernas. Close to the Liapades and Rovinia beach. You can also take a bus to the Paleokastritsa. With 20euros/person we've had a fast boat trip to the rocky claves and spectacular beaches (like Stelari beach !!).

The nice decoration gives you a homely feel. Best bed ever + very quiet location for a good night's rest. Within walking distance of some lovely beaches. Very friendly and helpfull hosts. There were some Corfu guide books at our disposal, one of them with some good walks / hiking trails. We didn't miss anything at all.
