Everything about this place was fantastic. We were greeted by Stavrula the owner (or how we called her - Stav), and from the first moment she was the kindest and most lovely host. She let us pick the room we preferred and made sure we are comfortable for the entire stay. She gave us great recommendations for trips in the area and local restaurants. We also had the breakfast she offered us which had everything we need - eggs, greek salad, coffee, fruit, and amazing home-made jams and honey. She even made sure to have gluten free bread for us!
On top of all, the view from the place is absolutely breathtaking.
In short - we cannot recommend this place enough, and we would definitely stay again.

if you plan to follow E4 in one day, better to take taxi to Prionia and hike from there. If you climb from the beginning , there is not much to see. on the way and you will get exhausted after 4 km since the trails are quite stepp with sharp rock.

The ambiance of the village is amazing, the views of ocean and mountains alike are unmatched. We probably would have stayed one more night as we didn't even get to the beaches but just had time to hike Mt. Olympus. STAYED IN 1 ROOM FOR THREE OCCUPANTS FOR ONE NIGHT. IT WAS TOO TIGHTLY FITTED WITH FURNITURE, NOT MUCH ROOM TO MOVE THEREAFTER. OTHERWISE CLEAN, HOT WATER AVAILABLE, KETTLE AND EXTRA BLANKETS PROVIDED PROMPTLY ON REQUEST. BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS AND FRESH AT $7 PP. VEIWS: EXCELLENT VEHICLE ACCESS; IN FRONT OF THE ROOMS RECEPTION; ATTENDED SMILING AND HELPFUL OVERALL A PLEASANT STAY. CLOSE TO ROYAL NECROPOLIS: WORTH A VISIT DION ACHEOLOGICAL SITE: NOT MUCH DIFFERENT TO OTHER SITES.

The rooms are spacious and cozy, they are nicely decorated and equipped with all necessary appliances for the stay. The location is close enough to the city center and the mount Olympus tracks, yet far enough so you won't hear the noise. Dont forget to ask for the home made Greek cuisine breakfast. Without a doubt, agreed by all family members, the best breakfast we had in Greece.
