The property in Malaxa was lovely
We all enjoyed our stay at his authentic mountain house set in a beautiful location with gorgeous views.
The house was spacious and well furnished. The amenities were also great and the owner had kindly provided refreshments and breakfast items which were much appreciated.
We had a very comfortable stay, and only wish we stayed longer, would recommend to anyone looking for a special place to enjoy a family trip!

Lovely room with a balcony and view to the harbour. We managed to get a free car park behind the hotel which was a bonus! Easy stroll to the old city and the lighthouse and Maritime Museum.

Malaxa is a small village in the mountains with lovely views, it doesn't have any shops or tavernas, which we knew before we went, but Chania is only 20 minutes drive and has all you could need. It is also close to the National Rd along the coast so easy to get around if that is what you want to do.
