The villas were beautiful, exactly like in the photos, with brand new kitchenware and facilities, as well as speakers with BT in every house. There was Domino and card games, and even yoga mats in each house. Our hosts were very responsive and sweet, we communicated through Viber. There was some potential misunderstanding around a deposit in the beginning but they were polite and considerate and we sorted it out very quickly. On the last day, since we had booked all the villas on the property, and it was raining for 90% of our stay with our checkout day as the only sunny one, they were kind enough to let us stay a couple of hours more to sunbathe by the pool! We had a fantastic time, thank you!

The town beach is nothing special, but there are several really nice beaches just 10 minutes drive away from Nikiti. Also, there's plenty of restaurants and amenities in town so overall it's a nice stay.

Nice place with great beaches nearby. Definitely enjoyed every minute of our holiday. Nice bakery shops, many stores that you can buy pretty much eveything you need. The town has been rebuilt, there is no lighting, many potholes and bad streets, there are no parking spaces in the center. It's very crowded. Many people, serious traffic jams when entering and exiting. Damage to the car from the potholes. Its advantages are that there are many places to stay, small hotels and several restaurants. Main advantage - close to many nice beaches. Sithonia is lovely, but I miss the tranquility of Mount Athos. It's packed with people and that leads to difficult food reservations, slow check-in and check-out, and other inconveniences.emiliyaBulgaria - 10Scored 10

They clean rooms daily and change towels every 3 days. Furniture and equipment is completely new and sufficient for main activities. Private parking was available on the site. Terrace is beautiful with an amazing view of the sea. In the yard there is relax zone with sunbeds, tables and chairs. Location is in old Nikiti, far from the beach, but this part of town is much different and prettier than the commercial, new one.

The staff is very friendly, at the beginning you get a list of beaches that you can visit. The hotel is in a good location, taverns, markets and bakeries are all nearby. At the end of the stay, you receive a bottle of wine as a token of appreciation for staying in the hotel. A truly beautiful gesture. It was very clean, comfortable, with all the necessities (toilet paper, kitchen sponge, washing liquids). The sheets were changing regularly. We were going at the beach where the hotel is, used their sunbeds for free. I recommend coming here as you don't get just a room, but you get space, comfort.
