A new and clean apartment, but the main draw is obviously the one-of-a-kind view! And having a swimming spot that was virtually private was also a huge bonus

We had the superior sea view room, which was lovely and very spacious, good sized balcony too. We mostly used the room for rest from the sun and to sleep in, the rest of the time we spent on the beaches of the area. I’d say this place is perfect if that’s what you intend to do as well.

The visit to Moni Island is a very nice way to spend an afternoon swimming in clear blue waters.
In case you want to visit Aegina island it is better to rent a car as the public transportation is not a good option - only 3 busses/ day from Perdika to Aegina, the last one is at 15:30.

Great place for a quiet retreat and fabulous fresh seafood.
Great place for a quiet retreat and fabulous fresh seafood. The local people are warm and very welcoming. All the restaurants had a similar menu.
I ate at Nonas restaurant twice as the food was delicious.
It’s easy to walk every where, and the bus makes four return trips to the port.

The trip to the Mini island is highly recommended.
Don't miss marvellous, romatic sunsets. 😊

Perdika Mare is a great value hotel just a 5 minute walk to the harbour town of Perdika. The owner Aris is super friendly and helpful and the place is spotless. There's no beach here but there are steps that take you into the sea - it's a magical place to go for a swim. Be sure to book a sea view room - they're a bit more spacious and the views are incredible.
Perfect place for a family or a company of friends. The hosts are super-helpful, the apartment extremely clean and tidy. The host (Ms. Matina) takes care of the place, perfect and professional in all aspects. The place operates in accordance with strict COVIT regulations, masks are used everywhere and Ms. Matina disinfects everything. She made us feel ultra safe! The view is wonderful and only a few minutes walking distance from the beach and restaurants of the village (Perdika). Highly recommenced, we will definitely re-visit.
Excellent house, excellent and attentive host - we had detailed instructions where to leave the car, where are keys etc. before coming, received updates and info about nearby shops/port/weather etc. Very close to Perdika Port to go to Moni island, we used a car to get everywhere else on island. Fully equipped kitchen, appreciate that there were basic things available like salt, pepper, oil, some coffee, tea etc. Beautiful neighborhood with small streats, bakery, small shop nearby.
very warm welcome by Stella, she waited for us at the port! A house with an amazing view of the sea, it has everything you need, good beds, clean kitchen, good shower and some snacks and a bottle of wine were waiting for us ☺️. When we had some trouble with the booking of our ferry backwards, Stella was immediately ready to help us. Perdika is a very nice village with good restaurants, you can do everything by feet. You will never regret your visit to Perdika Sea Soul 😍
The facilities are absolutely amazing. Attention to detail in every part: beach, pool, spa, restaurant, sport courts etc. The room was big, had a great view of the sunset, and was spotless clean. The beds were beyond comfortable. Very friendly, English speaking staff. Location was very good, waterfront to a breathtaking bay, and close enough the Aegina port and the village Perdika.
The hotel's location was truly remarkable, offering an exceptional setting that added to the overall experience. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness further elevated the quality of our stay. While the rooms may have been somewhat conventional, the sheer beauty of the place unquestionably made up for any standard aspects of the accommodations.
The hotel was opened in 1976 and the owner is still taking care of day to day duties. The hospitality and the good will of the staff was among the best in the world. The building and the yard are absolutely stunning and completely untouched by the cold standards of today's corporate world.
The staff were wonderful! Very caring & welcoming! The sea view was pretty and it was a very close walk to all the restaurants in Perdika. It is a 20 minute drive to the main port in Aegina but the bus runs frequently and I quite liked being a little bit out of all the hustle and bustle!
Lovely hotel staff extremely friendly and Perdika is a great place for some seafood and to get to moni island. Would say the restaurant twinned with the hotel Nontas isn’t the best one in Perdika as the staff there weren’t great with us. This is a shame as the hotel staff are so great
The location was simply stunning. You could sit on the terrace all day if you wanted just admiring the view. Antonella was a delightful and kind host. Perdika in general also is a wonderful place. Highly recommend this place!
We enjoyed our stay at Perdika suites, the rooms were nicely renovated and most importantly clean. A short walk to the port and all the restaurants no need to drive the hotel has private parking lot which is a big plus.
This is not a luxe resort it’s a simple seaside place where you can jump off the rocks or the concrete platform onto the sea. A few snacks and beers and lounge chairs with umbrellas —simple. Quiet. Kind staff.
Authentic hotel with a feeling of home.
The staff are wonderful willing to help with any request - ordering taxi, late check-out, great recommendations and always welcome you with a smile.
It was a fully equipped and spacious apartment close to the small port of Perdika! The landlord was polite and helped us with tips about island of Aigina.Highly recommended!!
