Our recent visit to Marbella Elix was truly memorable. The hotel is only 2 years old and we arrived just after the hotel opened for the 2024 season. We had a fantastic time from start to finish and even though we had booked 5 days: we did not got once out of the hotel, which is rare for us. Set on a hill, every part of the hotel offers stunning views of the Ionian Sea.
Traveling as a group of eight, including four kids aged 7 to 11, from both abroad and Athens, the hotel catered to all our needs effortlessly. The main pool was a hit with everyone, large and welcoming, while the kids particularly enjoyed the smaller pool designed just for them under a cool shade. The restaurant by the pool was also pretty good.
Opting for the half-board was a great choice. The breakfast and dinner buffets were abundant with too many dishes to try them all and really tasty. As you'd expect there were theme nights like Mediterranean and Asian that were particularly enjoyable.
Our room had a large private pool with an infinity view of the sea, which was simply breathtaking, and definitely worth every single penny. one small negative is that I found the wine list a bit pricey.
I'll add that the beach is also stunning and well run as you'd expect from such hotels with sunbeds, and clean towels availalbe and there is a simple restaurant as well so that you can have a light lunch or simply order drinks/coffees while you are on your sunbed. At the beach you can do many sea activities and we rented sea cayak with the kids for sea canoying, it's safe and defintely worth it as you have a couple of small caves.
We would definitely recommend Marbella Elix to anyone looking for a relaxing and indulgent stay. It’s a place we’d happily return to and definitely set the bar higher for my next trip in any other similar hotel.

Great location very close to the beach. The weather was unstable so we did not check the beach. It was great to do the check in very late at night after hours when we arrive. The breakfast was excelent and the staff was very kind asking what we want to eat. The room was clean but need some modernization and we needed to do our own bed. The payment was not easy… relation quality price needs improvement

If what you’re looking for is location, this place has it in spades. The view from the balcony, the sunsets… did I mention the balcony 😊?
The staff were helpful and pleasant, and always willing to be of assistance. Breakfast was plentiful and freshly prepared (we could hear eggs being fried and scrambled on entering the breakfast room!) and included hot (eggs, sausages, bacon) and cold (bougatsa, spanakopita, yogurt and honey, cereals, fruit, bread etc) offerings.
We had room 118, which though spotless, was a bit on the small side, especially when two large suitcases were added to the mix! Having to climb a narrow flight of seventeen steps which curled to the door (like a stretched out spiral!) made things a bit tricky, especially while having to lug a couple of suitcases.
The pool bar offers a basic menu (club sandwiches, a couple of pasta dishes, salads and pizzas) all freshly made to order throughout the day. It was disappointing to find the restaurant closed (we went in early May, maybe too soon in the season?) though for those wanting the exercise the town of Sivota is a 10-12 minutes walk downhill (25-30 minutes back uphill after a hearty meal!).
Parking is available onsite on a first come, first served basis. There are about 10 spaces on the Reception level and another half dozen or so further down, but these are of difficult access.
In terms of value for money, we could not be happier, but for a 4-star the rooms should be roomier and access both to the flat and to the hotel a little less tricky.
Would any of this stop us coming back? Absolutely not, but we’d ask for a ground floor next time!

A small village not by the sea but in close distance from the nearby beaches. You can find everything you need at the square (cafés, restaurants, mini markets, ATM, playground). Don't miss Knife and Fork restaurant, great food(meat, pasta, fish) and friendly staff, and Oasis Bar (a variety of cocktails and friendly staff, too.)

Very nice location.
Very nice location. Close enough and far enough from the two large centers that are drowned by population. People are very hospitable and kind and the prices are much more tolerable than those in Sivota, Parga etc
The breakfast was excellent, with lots of options for drinking and eating, the cooking was delicious, and the staff was ready to serve anything we asked for. There was nothing there I did not like, everything was excellent from the owner Mihalis, and the staff and their service and their behavior, very polite and ready to help us with any request we had. I would gladly go back to Olivista hotel to spend my vacations there.
Perfect holidays in Greece! We were back there since last year, so no surprises! But every time we get there we feel at our ease. Smiling faces and friendly staff, delicious food and wonderful sea and places to discover around the hotel may be enough, anyway for sure you get more. Really nice atmosphere and relax are guaranteed! We only hope to be back at Riviera Perdika Hotel soon.
The staff were amazing! Love that it was a husband, wife, and son. They were so easy to deal with. We even had to leave early the next day to catch a ferry out of Igoumenista, and couldn’t stay for breakfast so the owner came out w/ croissants wrapped in tin foil for our car ride! The hotel is right on the water- easy beach access with chairs and a pool. Wonderful!
I visited this place for it's exceptional Seas and happened to stay in this Hotel for 2 days. The experience was awesome! The Staff was extremely friendly throughout my stay, like so the service and it made us feel pretty comfortable. The food is amazing, I would give it a 5/5! Also they rent bikes for free, so you can enjoy a nice trip near the sea or even further.
It was our third or fourth stay in this hotel. We love totally everything about it - especially clean well maintained pool, nice and always super clean rooms, and a good breakfast. Staff of the hotel is so much pleasant and helpful🙂 they even helped me organize a surprise birthday cake for my husband, I am really grateful for this🙏The view is stunning as always

Rooms were cleaned regularly to a very good standard which we highly appreciated.
The staff is awesome. The place has a soul. The view from the hotel room is stunning. Really good breakfast.
The position is uphill but is a perfect location for exploring the area.
We had a dinner once, everything was super tasty, so the chef is really good.
Really good value for money, and we stayed in high season.
The room (or better said, the rooms) was very nice, and it had all the needed facilities. The quality of the wifi was also good, the pool was clean, and the owners were very attentive to the needs of their clients. When we return to this area of Greece, Perdika and Villa Rania will be among our first options.
