Very friendly hosts, speaking Greek and German. Kitchen sufficiently equipped. Beach, shop, and restaurants nearby, accessible by car in 3 minutes. Ideal stop for a night before taking the ferry from Igoumenitsa. Igoumenitsa is ugly and dirty town with polluted air by the ferries. This is why we stayed rather here, it was a good choice. Recommended.

The cleaner and gardener visit daily, but otherwise no one is on site. You have a phone number in case of any problems. The gardens are very pretty and well maintained and consist of four small swimming pools. Good sun beds, parasols, hammocks, BBQ area. The apartment is quite large. Car parking is out the front. The kitchen very well equipped, full size cooker with 4 rings, sandwich maker, fridge freezer, two coffee machines, cups, cutlery, plates, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and plenty of storage space. We liked the kitchen. TV only has Greek channels. Air conditioning and heating is provided we didn’t need either. Iron and ironing board in cupboard. Plenty of good draw space. Bed a bit soft but overall very good. Cleaning daily by a very pleasant and helpful lady who kept the place immaculately clean. Hot water was good once we realised we had to switch it on for 10 mins at the fuse board on cloudy days. There are plenty of toiletries, including sewing kit , slippers and dressing gowns, which is a nice touch. The bathroom included a washing machine which we used, unfortunately no instructions and the on machine directions were in Greek. I managed to use a photo and an online translator to get an English translation. Photo enclosed. The apartments have everything you need to live in longer term.

It really is a very comfortable room with a nice bathroom. It is situated between the best restaurant in town (Estia) and the beach. The hosts are really very friendly and helpful.

Home away from home feel, appreciated well stocked kitchen with necessities and all equipment on hand. The outdoor space, well taken care of, and beautiful! Easy to get to the beach from this property by foot.

Just wonderful, we could have stayed there for ever. So nice and quiet, the host is friendly and very helpful. There are restaurants, bars and a little market with fresh food nearby.
We loved our apartment with a nice balcony. In the evening you can watch the sunset from your balcony.
Igoumenitsa is not far, maybe 10 minutes with the car.

Not great beaches, however, very good location. Cheap accommodation in the area, and the village is relatively near Syvota and Parga, which have exceptional beaches. Had a very pleasant and picturesque stay there! Sunsets were amazing.

It is not a long way from the Igoumenitisa ferry terminal...
It is not a long way from the Igoumenitisa ferry terminal and is a pretty village that is flat for walking. There are plenty of places for eating or just coffee or ice cream. The people of the village were very friendly. We liked our stay.
