Room was spacious, had everything needed, good air con, daily service. The hotel is well located, close to shops, museum etc
Breakfast has everything but the cooked food was very greasy.
The staff was very nice and super fair; I arrived a day late by no fault of mine (ferry didn’t show up) and the hotel changed my arrival date so that I wouldn’t pay for that first night and I also to leave early and, without me asking for anything, they gave me a discount on the price for the night I wouldn’t spend in the hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was perfect for an urban stay, located in the center yet in a quiet neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable, the room super clean and the bathroom was very nice. Provided luggage lockers were definately a bonus, since we did not properly sync our arrival to the check-in hours. Overall a value-for-money experience!
