The complex was really lovely. The room was very big, well equipped and cosy. The bed was huge and so comfortable. It had a nice balcony with a view.
It was peaceful even though it had a busy road at the front, the rooms are set back so you cannot hear the traffic. There were parking bays at the front of the hotel too.

It was super clean, and the host was waiting for us. It has everything in the kitchen to cook. The beds were comfortable, although a little too soft for my taste. It's spacious.

We booked this accommodation for our parents. They were very happy staying there, it was clean, quiet, it has nice decoration and it is close to stores, so you can buy food or whatever you want. The stuff is kind and easy to communicate with.

I arrived early, and was given my room key immediately. There is a lift, which I was glad for as I was on the 6th floor. My room had a tiny balcony, and looked out over the street. The staff were all very polite and efficient. The hotel did not appear to be busy, but it's in a great location, very near the port, and within easy walking distance of the centre, and the castle. The breakfast was adequate; I would have liked to see alternative milk (such as oat or soya) on offer. It was all fresh however, and there was a reasonable variety for all tastes.

A small city by the beach, very quiet but it’s not very touristic. It’s suited for students who study at the University of Patras. Restaurants there are very nice though , especially those by the beach, and there are nice locations to swim. Everything is surprisingly cheap compared to Northern Europe. Public transportation around Rio are are not very reliable, trains don’t run sometimes and buses are not frequent within rio. A rented car is a must if you would like to explore a it more with freedom.
The house is.magnificent, spacious, well furnished and easy to feel at home in.
Kosta and his son in law Napoleon are perfect hosts: generous (the fridge and produce basket were stocked on our arrival), friendly, and available when you need them. Our teenage grandchildren loved the enormous pool and the nearby beach. We loved the proximity to shops, the well equipped kitchen, and the many shady places to relax. Easy rides to Delphi and back and forth to the airport.
Finally, the views of the sea and mountains are amazing.
Wow wow wow!!! The owner is super friendly, and give you the feeling of home away from home, he made us a traditional Greek dish that waited for us before we came, the facility is super cool, big pool and direct access to the beach and the land is full with trees and big green grass, all clean and the kitchen is fully equipped with full fridge with a lot of beverage and food!! Dish washer and cloth washer, I'm sure we will return to that place on our next trip, and sure will recommend everyone to stay here.
Clean, spacious and well appointed rooms with Aircon and good size balconies to sit outside all overlooking a central green area. Each room has a small kitchenette with sink, hob and fridge. The property is next door to a supermarket and there are bakeries and a pizza restaurant very close by. We stayed here because of its proximity to Rio University Hospital which is an easy 450m walk away.
Met the owners who run this family business. They were such accommodating and generous host! We absolutely loved the stay. Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful garden on the property where we enjoyed having breakfast. View of the Patras/Rio bridge from our balcony. Able to easily walk to the bridge, beaches, and restaurants nearby. Mosaic artwork by the owner Pano throughout the hotel.
Sia was welcoming, communicative and the place was spotlessly clean. Not only that EVERYTHING was provided. Lovely touches throughout. It’s a seperate unit attached to Sia’s home, so very secure. Electric gate with off-street parking. Short drive off the expressway to Athens and easy to find. Short walk to the Rio fortifications and cafes and restaurants.
beautiful house, comfortable, with a large garden and several terraces, with privacy and in a quiet location. Comfortable beds, clean and equipped with everything you need. Near good restaurants, right next to the beach and with a good starting point for day trips. Friendly host who equips you with all the tips for your stay in Rio. We'll be back!
Spacious, quiet, comfy and clean. Apartment is also located in a peaceful green neighborhood of Patras called Rio. It is nearby the sea, gas station as well as taverna. So all the necessities are basically around the corner.
As a bonus, accommodators can also provide you a bike on request, so you can explore the area easily.
we stopped in Patras for one night only as we traveled around Greece. I wish we would have stayed another two nights. it’s a cute little place and this hotel was super comfy and clean. it’s for people who want simple and good sleep. The beds were medium firm and it was quiet there, even though the Main Street wasn’t far away.
Walking distance from beach and beachside restaurants. Hosts were super nice and gave us everything we needed for a great night's stay. If you want to take the train from Patras, take it to Rio Station and walk from there while Akteion station is inactive.
A very convenient hotel for the University of Patras and Rio. Very clean well appointed and spacious rooms, comfortable beds and balconies. Very quiet with on site parking. Close to supermarkets and other amenities.
close to the beach and walking distance to two restaurant strips, local bus stop and Rion Fortess, we didn’t have a car but found it easy walking everywhere even into the town centre.
Great hotel for a one night stop on the way back from Northern Greece. Hotel was clean modern and in a great location.
Good pizza place 3 min from the hotel.
