Locations is not too bad. Around 15 minutes bus ride from the city center. There is a bus 50m from the hotel. A lot of restaurants and shops around. Even there is a bus directly go to airport outside the hotel. But my son insisted to take a taxi 28 euro. The staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast and dinner are included. Food is not excellent but I have to say is good. Variety and selection are good. Yes not including drinks but not expensive. Each room entitled to go to eat once at the a la carte restaurant. Food and service are excellent. Afterwards there is 20% discount if you want to eat at the a la carte restaurant, remind you need to book in advance with the reception. Have a wonderful dinner there. Beach are beautiful with fantastic sunset view.

Canr fault the hotel. It was extremely clean. Pool area was nice. Food was really nice too and my husband enjoyed the food (and he's picky) I would 100% stay here again. We went out of season. So the car hire was vital. We used the hotel as more of a base. So we could explore the beautiful iSland
