One of the world’s busiest and most populated cities, Hong Kong is best-known for its stunning skyline with over 1200 skyscrapers and its “East meets West” cultural mix. With architecture and interior design influenced by feng shui and modern technology, this city is truly unique.
Hong Kong offers plenty of interesting city and thematic tours, ranging from cuisine-oriented, to architecture, to nature. The latter is particularly fascinating as Hong Kong has many amazing mountain landscapes, marine parks and the Tian Tan Buddha on Lantau Island is only a ferry ride away.
Kowloon is a busy urban center near Victoria Harbour, where ferries are an excellent choice to see just how tall Hong Kong's buildings actually are. Excellent tax-free shopping can be found in high-class malls, boutiques and street markets.
Hong Kongs’ unique cultural fusion is clearly seen, tasted and heard in the local food, like dim sum from Maxim's Palace or hot pot from street vendors complimented local Cantopop music in the backgound.
Arriving at Hong Kong International Airport you’re only a short trip from the city centre. Whether you’re staying in a chic hotel or a budget hostel, Booking.com has the perfect accommodation for your Hong Kong holiday.

I liked exploring the city and all of the markets.
I liked exploring the city and all of the markets. Plenty to see. Lan Tau Island was also a great place to visit. Three days seemed enough to see everything. Taxi's and busses were cheap and accessible.

Do some of the classic things and see the well known sights of Hong Kong. Then take time to research and explore away from the city itself. Lots of well maintained hiking trails. Beaches. Parks. Get out your walking shoes and spend time familiarizing yourself with the neighborhoods of Kowloon. New Territory has a lot to offer at a slower pace. You’ll find that Hong Kong is much more than business district and expensive malls. For an adventure and fun, just get off at a random subway stop and see what you find. Use public transportation…. MTR ..it’s fast and you can get almost anywhere. Get their app to help you plan routes.

The local people are very friendly.
The local people are very friendly. The food were great with many different cuisines to choose from. Food quality is superb in every price range. Government services are very efficient.
However, my wife and I had a terrible experience at CitiBank HK Wanchai branch. We felt cheated by the bank. I will escalate after I return home.

Hong Kong has changed a lot after covid.
Hong Kong has changed a lot after covid.
There's no night life as like before anymore.
I see much less expats, so many places close so early, the whole city looks dead after 11pm.
Those bar/club areas are completely dead.
and prices are higher than before (comparing when I used to live a few years ago). Even though it's a tax free country, I didn't fancy for shopping at all.
However, I sense streets are much cleaner now. And it should be nice to enjoy nature, hiking, beaches etc.
That was my second visit to the property and I was offered a free room upgrade, so I was very pleased. It was really quiet and spacious and I wish I could spend more time in there. It’s a good value property.
The hotel is modern and easy to find when you’re in the area. Let me remind you that the location is not central at all, it is the last stop of the Tuen Ma subway line and takes no less than 45 min or 15+ stops to get to Central Hong Kong.
The housekeeping team was very efficient.
The location is simply the best in Hong Kong even when compared to hotels in the 200USD range. You walk 5 minutes to the avenue of stars and about the same to reach Kowloon park. The hostel has a nice public area and offers amenities like a water filter and a microwave. Everything is relatively tight but that’s totally normal for HK, especially in this price range. You are 2 minutes away from the next metro stations and there are plenty of restaurants and shops around.
The hotel is located at the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, walking distance to all transport facilities as well as malls and tourist spots (ie Kowloon Park, K11 Muses, The One etc)... Convenience rated Excellent. Room wise is average for HK standard for that price. Housekeeping is above average. Bed quality is average but one thing I like of my room is brightly lit from daylight. Some folks many not like it but suited me well. Overall "above average"experience.
Fantastic hotel, great amenities, staff were super nice and accommodating. Location was quite convenient to travel around HK - there are several MTR stations and bus stops around the hotel not far away.
I would definitely stay again but would book Harbour view room, if possible. City view - though not bad is not as interesting since the hotel is located on Kowloon side on top of a bus terminal and not on HK island. It’s a bit dull.
The staff are amazing! They are warm, accommodating and willing to go the extra mile. They made us so welcome throughout the stay. Location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Hong Kong. Easy to get to Central or Kowloon. Locally, there are many small and lovely restaurants. You get to soak the atmosphere of the city. Highly recommend supper on the 41st floor of the hotel - the views are the best in town and food is sensational!
Room: The room at Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West dazzled with its elegant decor, panoramic city views through floor-to-ceiling windows, and a luxuriously comfortable bed, making it a serene urban retreat.
Location: Perfectly situated near Tsuen Wan West MTR station, Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West offers convenient access to Hong Kong's attractions, shopping, and dining, encapsulating the vibrant essence of the city.
If there is one reason to like this hotel, than it is the splendid view on Victoria Harbour and further towards Central district, overlooking also Kowloon. Also, the room is rather spacious compared to many other hotels in Hong Kong. Furthermore, location is very near to the MTR.
Top floor bar has also spectacular views and friendly and efficient staff that really cares about their customers
Very friendly staff. The room was cleaned periodically, towels were changed, consumables were added. The location is excellent - the waterfront with stunning views of Victoria Harbor is very close, as is the Kowloon area and many other interesting places. Hong Kong hotel prices are super high, so this is a very good budget option.
Everything was great. Good price compared to other hotels in Hong Kong island, room was clean and spacious with a good view of the harbor. Quarry Bay location is not downtown but is well connected to anywhere on the city on public transit making it super easy to get anywhere.
Staff is accommodating, willing to give us extra pillows upon request. Room service is fast and efficient most of the times. Room is quite spacious compare to other hotels in Hong Kong we stay so far.
Not much. I think this hotel is good value for money given how expensive Hong Kong is. The location is good, near Sheung Wan and not far from Central. They give you 2 bottles of water per day.
Surrounded with very good places to eat, grocery and near the train station - all within walking distance. The 1 bedroom apartment was spacious enough for a hotel in Hong Kong.
This is an attempt at an art deco boutique hotel by the Hong Kong Gov't. I appreciate their efforts to do something creative and it is a cute hotel. It's pretty cheap, too.
The location, the room and the good service of the hotel's staff.. This was the hotel we stayed in during our first trip to Hong Kong and it was also a happy memory for us.
Nice Hotel in Hong Kong. Centrally located, staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but adequate for 2 people and are very clean. No issues and would stay again.
