Harbour Grand Hong Kong, hotel in Hong Kong

Featuring an outdoor pool, Harbour Grand Hong Kong is a 2-minute walk from Fortress Hill MTR Station. Overlooking the beautiful Victoria Harbour, the rooms offer free Wi-Fi and wired internet access.

The room is clean and spacious. Since we put an extra bed, the staff had upgraded our room. Even we got the room facing the lifts but quite silent. No disturb sounds at all. MTR is just opposite side of the road. Many restaurant s and shops around. Wellcome Supermarket is next to MTR where you can do some groceries like HK People - cheaper than 7-11. You can take Tram No. 3 (North Point) back from Wan Chai and Causeway Bay (The Fortress Hill Stop). Bus No. 18 to Central (Statue Square) and about 10 minutes walk to Central Pier. Look for Pier 7 to Star Ferry for Avenue of Star. The other point to see the Night Light, you can take a walk to East Coast Park Precinct. It’s just behind the hotel next to Harbour. Ask the concierge to lead you the way.

The Kowloon Hotel, hotel in Hong Kong

The Kowloon Hotel lies at the centre of Nathan Road shopping paradise and is directly connected to MTR Tsim Sha Tsui Station.

The hotel is very meticulous with its cleaning. Seeing the staff cleaning everyday and sheets changed everyday too. The location of hotel is very strategic as it close to avenue of stars and Hong Kong Museums and Nathan Road. The view from our hotel is lovely, as we can see a bit of the Victoria harbour which is nice. The beds passed my standards, which is fluffy and comfortable. The hotel has air filter everywhere including our rooms which was very impressive. And the check out was seamless and efficient.

The surrounding was a nice peaceful area the MTR is just opposite the hotel ! A shopping mall next to hotel as well if you need to grab a quick bite there are options around ! I need to comment that the Philippines lady MYRA was very helpful she walked us to our room when our room key got stucked and she even told us where to visit given our short time in HK ! Her attitude was fantastic ! Very friendly ! And also the front desk Pablo he was so kind to extend our room to 2pm ! I asked for 130pm but he said don’t rush you have till 2pm ! Hyatt staff has a friendly and welcoming attitude! But note that this is not the “shopping district “ Tsim Sha Shui but don’t worry taxi are not expensive and MTR just next door ! Nice quiet and reasonable priced hotel !

FAQs about hotels in Hong Kong

Style Amidst the Skyscrapers

One of the world’s busiest and most populated cities, Hong Kong is best-known for its stunning skyline with over 1200 skyscrapers and its “East meets West” cultural mix. With architecture and interior design influenced by feng shui and modern technology, this city is truly unique.

Hong Kong offers plenty of interesting city and thematic tours, ranging from cuisine-oriented, to architecture, to nature. The latter is particularly fascinating as Hong Kong has many amazing mountain landscapes, marine parks and the Tian Tan Buddha on Lantau Island is only a ferry ride away.

Kowloon is a busy urban center near Victoria Harbour, where ferries are an excellent choice to see just how tall Hong Kong's buildings actually are. Excellent tax-free shopping can be found in high-class malls, boutiques and street markets.

Hong Kongs’ unique cultural fusion is clearly seen, tasted and heard in the local food, like dim sum from Maxim's Palace or hot pot from street vendors complimented local Cantopop music in the backgound.

Arriving at Hong Kong International Airport you’re only a short trip from the city centre. Whether you’re staying in a chic hotel or a budget hostel, Booking.com has the perfect accommodation for your Hong Kong holiday.

    My favorite city.

My favorite city. Hong Kong may be a bit daunting for less confident travelers. It's very hustle & bustle, and navigation isn't always intuitive. But, it's still very safe & accomodating for foreigners. Almost everything is accessible even without being fluent in Chinese. And you'll have no problem accessing transportation. There's so much to explore & unlimited options for good food across all price ranges. Don't miss the Avenue of Stars, Ladies' Market, Central Mid-Levels, Stanley, the Star Ferry, HK Island Tramways.

My former memories of Hong Kong include: -cheap shopping. -cheap food. -great sights. Today's reality: -shopping is cheaper in other countries -food prices seem much higher now -sights are still great: Disneyland, Ngong Ping 360, Victoria Peak, etc -city seems to be always changing which is a great thing.

It was a mixed business and leisure trip, so I tended to look for places to eat nearby. It's easy to find good food just anywhere. I wasn't able to visit the Peak or Ngong Ping 360 this time, but those are some of my favorites to go to when in HK. Getting around HK is a breeze, the MTR stations are well laid out and easy to figure out. I would avoid Taxis and prefer Uber instead, as the taxi drivers tend to drive pretty fast and you find yourself sliding left and right on the back seat. Also, the smell of the taxis isn't always pleasant.

Contrary to common hotels in Hong Kong that goes the lavish and glamourous style, Little Tai Hang offers a really cozy experience. It feels just like home, but better. Very quiet in the apartment, yet the surrounding neighbourhood is full of classy restaurants and bars. A place for re-energising the spirit. Not to mention the view, looking over the Central Library, Victoria Park and the Victoria harbour. We tried the gym, it is not geared to the teeth, but got enough to get us going, also the equipment is quite new.

That was my second visit to the property and I was offered a free room upgrade, so I was very pleased. It was really quiet and spacious and I wish I could spend more time in there. It’s a good value property. The hotel is modern and easy to find when you’re in the area. Let me remind you that the location is not central at all, it is the last stop of the Tuen Ma subway line and takes no less than 45 min or 15+ stops to get to Central Hong Kong. The housekeeping team was very efficient.

Great location in Wan Chai. Great entertainment is just around the corner, but room is quiet. Also, government offices just across the road, depending on what you fancy. Hotel appears well maintained, and room is recently renovated. Also, room is quite spacious for this location, bed is comfortable. The TV has lots of foreign channels (and believe me this is not common for Hong Kong hotels in this price range). A variety of great food options in the vicinity. Great value for money.

It's great value. The hotel was clean and comfy, even though the rooms themselves were small (but that's pretty standard all over Hong Kong). The location isn't as bad as we thought, as there was a bus that gets you down to Central within 25min. The buses are generally on time, and they come every 15 min or so, so it was pretty easy. The area itself didn't have too much to do, but the boat houses nearby was a cool thing to check out while we were here.

We had a great experience at Harbour Grand Hong Kong. We were given a free room upgrade which was nice. Our room was spacious and had a great view. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I saw they had a pillow menu but it wasn’t necessary as the ones in the room were perfect. Quite a fancy new hotel in Wan Chai. Acc. in Hong Kong is generally tiny, and this place is little exception.
