Never ever have we been so disappointed and totally unhappy...
Never ever have we been so disappointed and totally unhappy with a house we have booked! The house was not what we expected at all. An old restaurant that had been transformed cheaply to an outdated accommodation. Not even renovated. It is dangerous. It is filthy. It is really unhealthy! We were really shocked about the state of the house. Everything was dirty and broken. There was mold and rust in the freezer and refrigerator. The house had not been cleaned (for some time)! The cupboards smelled musty and dirty. There were dangerous rebars sticking out around the pool. There was no safety fence at the pool (which was leaking and more of a bathtub). And there was no dishwasher and microwave as promised. The washing machine that was there was also ancient, and we found out it blows the fuses, leaving us without electricity for 12 hours straight as the agency nor the owner would answer their calls, and the fusebox was in a closed off room. This is just a small summary (tip of the iceberg) of our big list of objections. Totally unacceptable for rental. We asked the owner to meet us to discuss one and another in person. But he left us waiting several times, only sending his employees to the house, who totally understood our disappointment. Unfortunately we never saw the owner on the property. Please take our advice and do not book this accommodation.
