We decided to reserve this holiday home to relax out of the stress of a busy city.
The house is totaly in the nature with a big garden. In the morning the silence and the sounds of the birds wake you up. The swimming pool is big clean and just for us, very very nice to refresh in this warm days.
The house is in traditional stone and isn't so hot inside. Well equpited kichen with all you need when you are on holliday. The view from the rooms is amaizing.

The place seems to be a tastefully converted old farmhouse and buildings. Our room was traditional and comfortable with a good shower. No fridge, though there is a small shared one out on the landing. No satellite TV, just terrestrial, but given Croatian TV airs lots of English-language films and series in original language with Croatian subtitles, there’s more choice than you might think.
The pool was very welcome after a hot day. Dinner was delicious, with large plates of mussels and excellent pan-fried sea bass. Grilled vegetables and home-made bread were fine accompaniments and there was a 10 per cent discount on the food (not drink) given we were residents. Breakfast was also very good, with eggs cooked to order. The staff were kind and helpful throughout and we felt very comfortable there. Recommended.

Kanfanar is a small village, without restaurants. But it is perfect place from which you can reach all other places in Istria. Moreover, it is perfect place if you are looking a quiet place to stay and enjoy local Istria.
Very well kept small apartment hotel. It’s close to Rovinj if you want to visit the old town or take a swim in the Adriatic. Clean, comfortable and very friendly staff. Nice pool just outside the window. Restaurant is offering some great lunches as well as dinners.
