The exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The peace and quiet (even though it is located on a busy street in Medulin). The comfort of the rooms, the little extra's in the room (handy list available with explanation/overview of nice beaches in the area). The overall ambiance. Good location to visit Pula, Rovinj, the Kamenjak National Park (beautiful beaches, lovely to walk around the Prementura Peninsula (lovely beach bars - f.e. Safari). Easy walk to lots of restaurants/bars.

This place is a total hidden gem, and is especially amazing for families. We only stayed here one night before flying out of Pula the next day, but it made me wish I had another week in Croatia. It is right by the water on a shallow beach great for kids to swim in. There is a nice deck to sit on and the rooms themselves are spotless. The hosts are extremely attentive and also run the beach bar and beach chair rentals. It’s really an idyllic place to spend a few hours or days.

We really liked this apartment. It is extremely clean and cozy, there is also air conditioning, washing mashine and microwave oven. The owner is friendly and helped us with everything we needed to know in the city, he was also available when we wrote or called. Apartment is situated in a quiet area with no noise at night. We highly recommend it for people travelling to Medulin and hope to come back in the future as we enjoyed having a vacation in this area of Croatia.

Immediately upon arrival the hosts, a couple that loves welcoming people from all across the world, receive you, give you tips and want you to get the best impression of their country. Lots of unexpected attentions like delicious figs from the garden, self-made- sausages, local red wine are the cherry on the cake. Thank you Vlado and your wife for offering us such a great start to a 2 week vacation in Croatia.

It’s hard to say positive things about this hotel. Overpriced hotel with very low quality service, probably the worst we’ve ever experienced, although we’ve travelled the world. Room size is okay and the view from the restaurant terrace is nice, but you can’t really enjoy it, unless you wake up early to find a free clean table at the terrace.

We had a great time in Medulin and our host and his house have contributed to overal experience. The house is beautiful with a great touch, very comfy with a very nice garden. House is located near all relavant places (beaches, restaurants, stores,…). Would recomend it and will come back again soon.

Highly recommend! The owner is very friendly and helpful. It's the cleanest and well-designed apartment i've ever seen. And location is also good - in the center of Medulin, but street is not busy, shops, bakery, exchange office, cafe's and beach are within walking distance. Perfect!

It is located in a convenient location - not far from shops, the beach but also close to the main road to Pula. There are some great spots for restaurants/bars/bakery close by. The apartment was clean and with enough room to fit our bikes :)

Manuel was an exceptional host and works very hard to keep his guests satisfied. The location is perfect and located Central to everything in Medulin. Property is very well maintained and has local fruit trees on property like pomegranate and kiwi.

Very clean and big apartment. Biscuits and information folders are available inside. Close to pula (3km) Hosts mother (I think) speaks Italian and Croatian, no English. Hot tub was clean but only cold water is available. We had a nice stay.

Every morning very kind waitress offered to prepare us a good omlette with cheese and always asked if we need something. The hotel is situated in very quite location surrounded with private houses and very low traffic intensity.

The location was fine, about 1,5 km from the beach. The street is quite, not so many cars. Medulin and this area is amazing. The small garden and BBQ is nice. I would say that this place is fine for this price.

Camping homes are excellent. At the same time it feels like camping (so close to the nature) and the houses are equipped like very good hotel rooms. The Infinity pool is awesome, kids loved it!

We had a wonderful time in Medulin. The apartment was beautiful and super clean, it was very well equipped and our view from the terrace was amazing. 10/10, highly recommended!

Location was really good, in the center of Medulin. The main beach, restaurants, Family park were really close. Breakfast was good, the service was kind.

Nice apartment. You have everything you need. The price was very good. We felt very good.if we come back to Medulin we would stay again here.

Spotless place, friendly attitude, they even offered us a lift to Pula to catch our train. Higly recommend!

We were treated like real guests, though the keys are at an agency, we had the chance to meet the owner of the apartment, and she was more than kind and really helpful. The apartment is totally equipped, clean, spacious and cozy. If we return to Medulin, we'll try to book this place again.
