The traditional wooden home situated on a family farm provided a perfect place to stay in this area. The gardens are beautiful, and the interior furnishing is authentic to the home. It was fun to watch the children and their pets playing in the yard. The welcome gift of homemade cake was delicious! The family who run the accommodations genuinely care about their guests. We had a problem with our rental car, and they came and picked us up where we were stranded about 20 minutes away, and then helped us deal with the rental company (taking calls and translating for us). It felt like we had friends looking out for us when we are so far away from home and having problems.

Beautiful old oak house in the traditional style of the area in a pretty village right on the river. Lovely furnishings, comfy bed, very peaceful. Nice private patio, lovely garden. Our hosts were very kind and we had excellent breakfast and dinner made for us on both days. They have a little gallery with interesting items made from gourds from their garden.

Fortunately we were there just three. Two other guests and me. When considering this place, please do mind that there is toilet, shower, basin in one room for the whole floor whereas the full capacity is 11 people!!! I just wonder how this could have been approved as commercial accomodation.
