Location is awesome. The house we stayed at (Jelengaj) is a bit secluded, but we didn't mind. Had everything we needed. Our stay included breakfast, which was amazing, local food, very delicious, more than plenty every time. Our hosts and other staff were more than kind. If you like a remote area then that‘s the place to go. Very close to the National Park which is worth a visit. The host is a very nice person and he cooked me very good Wiener Schnitzel.

A great place for families with children and not only. Authentic setting, delicious food, worth a visit. We were supposed to stay one night. Our next stop was Zagreb as planned, but the owner of the apartment left us on the street without finding an alternative, and booking didn't help us either. Owners of Kezele do their best we to not stay on the street with two kids. Accommodation in Zagreb had become 4 times more expensive at the last minute. About booking it’s shame how they live us but it’s other subject.

The breakfast was quite good, but I liked the meal I had at the restaurant in the evening even more. Overall, the kitchen left a positive impression on me. Moreover, all the staff I had contact with, was highly friendly, helpful and likable.

The traditional wooden home situated on a family farm provided a perfect place to stay in this area. The gardens are beautiful, and the interior furnishing is authentic to the home. It was fun to watch the children and their pets playing in the yard. The welcome gift of homemade cake was delicious! The family who run the accommodations genuinely care about their guests. We had a problem with our rental car, and they came and picked us up where we were stranded about 20 minutes away, and then helped us deal with the rental company (taking calls and translating for us). It felt like we had friends looking out for us when we are so far away from home and having problems.
