Super close to the bus stop and the lakes entrance 1.
Everything is comfortable, the shower is super spacey.

The property is very nice and is run very well. Staff was most accommodating. Having a restaurant onsite was a plus as was being so close to the park. The baby goat was an unexpected bonus as was archery.

Walking distance to Entrance 1 Plitvice Lakes park and nearby restaurant; very clean and tidy; excellent breakfast prepared by Zlatko on the days we were there; kettles available to borrow; host Sandra very quick to respond to any queries and most helpful; house set on large property in a pretty part of the area. We went to Licka Luka restaurant two nights - serving local fare. On departure we spoiled ourselves with a very short taxi ride to the bus stop as it saved rolling suitcases along the road - local taxi driver helpful and accommodating. Five stars to Sandra and Zlatko for a lovely stay. You can’t go wrong here.

The accommodation is a short distance from the Plitvice Lakes, a quiet and peaceful location. The apartments were clean, the rich continental breakfast is in the neighboring house, the communication regarding the accommodation is perfect. It's a shame that we couldn't stay longer. We will be very happy to come back.

This is a very nice and comfortable place to stay. Personally, I recommend it because it is at the end of the road (just 2km), away from the bulk of the places like it, making for a nice quiet and slightly out-of-the-way place. The people are very nice and accommodating, like making us sandwiches to take away for breakfast since we left early. It shows just how few people do this because they had to figure out what they were going to do in this case. But, this is industrial type travel, everyone doing one night in and out, so it's nice but don't expect any contact with people who work there. Again, most people arrive late in the day and leave the next day, so you just need to be off that schedule a bit to enjoy the quiet and natural beauty. Then the people arrive and the empty echo of the place turns into noise. I asked the people who arrived to remember others were there and they toned it down - but the sound reverberates a lot.PeterFrance - 10Scored 10

we got in late around 8:30 from a long drive from Split. Waitress said kitchen was open until 9 so we were Happy. We ate right at the Hotel which had a very lovely dining room. Served great soup and salad. I had Pasta Bolognese which was delicious and my wife had the fish which also was good. Rooms were modern and clean yet the surrounding landscape was rustic, wooded and charming. We took a 10 minute nature walk right into Plitvice National Park the next morning.

Minutes walk away from Entrance 1 of the national park. Lovely walk down the area to get to your apartment too. Downside - there isn’t any supermarket close by. The nearest restaurant is by the National Park, so make sure to stock up before heading over.

Too many people in the park. Long lines at the entrance, even with the tickets, and at the boat loading. Buses are overloaded. Few eating places. This guest house is one of the many such guest houses on the road called Rastovaca and the names are all marked on the road so super easy to locate. Ask the accommodation for location details as Google Maps doesn't recognise the name but the hotel provided the necessary link. Facilities basic but adequate and competitively priced for the prime location. Our room which was en suite had fridge and kettle. The host is super helpful and will try her best to help you out

House where apartments are located is situated in a very quiet Rastovača village with almost zero traffic passing by, although it is only 10-15 mins away by foot from Plitvice Lakes NP 1st entrance. It is a really good choice for travellers who want to visit Plitvice Lakes NP, as you can save a substantial amount of money on parking, which is free for Ljubo&Anna's guests.JustasLithuania

It is an absolutely clean house to stay, beautifully white in color in the midst of the Rastovaca village. Close proximity to Gate 1 of the Plitvice lakes, 15 mins walk.
